Nizan-Inbar Project Management (1992)
Ltd. is the continuation of Nizan-Inbar En-
gineers Ltd. which was founded in 1968
and is managed by Uri, Ido and Omri Inbar and Zvi
Arad who manages the northern branch.
The company is engaged in coordinating the plan-
ning, management and implementation of con-
struction projects and is one of the oldest, largest
and most experienced companies in Israel for the
management of major and complex civil engineer-
ing projects at home and overseas. Since its incep-
tion, Nizan-Inbar has had a policy of specializing
in the one field of management and supervision
with a desire to focus on providing customers with
the most professional service and prevent a situ-
ation of conflict of interest between planning and
contracting andmanagement and supervision. The
company provides services to private developers,
public institutions, municipalities and government
offices. Over the years, the company has imple-
mented particularly complex projects, which re-
quired in-depth and broad knowledge in complex
infrastructure, construction and electro-mechanical
systems. Among projectsmanaged by Nizan-Inbar
are: hotels, homes, office, public and industrial
buildings, laboratories, residential buildings, infra-
structures, hospitals, retirement housing, marine
projects, shopping malls, and special projects for
the government offices.

Nizan-Inbar Project Management has amajor repu-
tation among its clients in the private, public and
government sectors as well as with architects, en-
gineering consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Nizan-Inbar’s highly professional staff includes
engineers and specialists in the various aspects
of project management including; structural engi-
neers, infrastructure engineers, electro-mechanical
systems specialists, computers operators, software
specialists and administration workers. The com-
pany’s activities cover the breadth of the country.
A large portion of the senior staff has worked for
the company for over 15 years. The second gen-
eration came into the company 20 years ago and
plays an integral part in the management. The
company is also active in executing projects in
Eastern Europe.

and Projects in Design and Implementation
Stages:
Gindi Investments project in Tel Aviv - Is one of
the largest projects currently under construction in
Israel. The project will cover about 320,000 sq.m.
and will integrate a fashion mall of about 65,000
sq.m., a parking lot of about 3,500 cars, 780 apart-
ments in 10 towers and numerous public facilities,
including a large park area on the roof of the mall
- under construction.
First International BankMainHeadquarters -Cover-
ing 45,000 sq.m., 38 floors including underground
parking. Budget of NIS 280 million - completed.
First International Bank Main Computer Center -
Covering 40,000 sq.m. with NIS240million budget
– completed.
IsraelTrades and Conventions Center Building No.
2 - Covering 50,000 sq.m. with a NIS 350 million
budget – completed.
Waldorf Astoria Hilton - covering 45,000 sq.m. with
a NIS 500 million budget – opened in April 2014.
Office Buildings for AtidimLtd. - 43 floors including
parking with a NIS 400 million budget (building
8) - completed.
4 hotels for the Nakash Brothers Company - Kishla
Hotel, Corsi Hotel, a hotel at Zion Square in Jerusa-
lem, a hotel at the Country Club Junction - under
construction.

Sea City Netanya –Complex of 500 apartments for
Shikun Ovdim and Azorim – completed.
