Mergers & Acquisitions -

Yigal Arnon & Co. has

been recognized as having a Tier 1 cross-border

M&A practice. Some of our leading clients have

included IBM, Oracle, Intel, Siemens, Broadcom,

ic, Stryker, Intuit, Tower Semiconductors, Boston

with post-M&A integrationmatters and provide our

Banking and Financial Services -

Yigal Arnon & Co.

has extensive experience in all aspects of banking

and financial services and in the representation

of banks, financial institutions, their owners and

purchasers. The firm’s expertise includes: regula-

tion, litigation, including class action suits, ongo-

ing consultation, finance transactions, creation

of security interests, insolvency proceedings and

debt collection, and pension products and ser-
