Antitrust/Competition –

Our firm’s team advis-

es clients on a complete range of antitrust, com-

petition, regulatory and trade issues, including

merger control, licensing and distribution, fran-

chises, and restrictive practices, which perme-

ates all aspects of the firm’s business practice.

The team works in conjunction with the firm’s

clients to proactively structure transactions in

order to align clients’ business objectives with

legal antitrust constraints.

Real Estate –

The firm has vast experience in

residential and commercial real estate trans-

actions for Israeli and foreign clients, and rep-

resents some of Israel’s largest construction

companies. The real estate practice group has

amassed extensive expertise in town-planning,

taxation, accompanying acquisition groups,

representing developers and litigators.

Municipal Law –

Our firm represents local au-

thorities, water and sewage corporations and

other municipal corporations in various legal is-

sues, including real estate, infrastructure, large

scale public tenders and innovative projects.

Labor & Employment –

Our firm’s experienced

team provides on-going legal advice to the

management echelons on a wide range of em-

ployment related issues, including labor and

employment aspects of complex M&A trans-

actions, APAs and IPOs, as well as drafting,

reviewing and interpreting collective and in-

dividual employment agreements and human

resources policies. We have prepared and im-

plemented many ESOP plans, both for Israeli

companies and international companies with

Israeli subsidiaries.

Telecommunications, Media & Internet –

Our

department is considered amongst the lead-

ers in this field in Israel, representing top-tier

global and Israeli companies that include major

Internet portals, cable and satellite companies

and media owners. We have conducted some of

the most complex and challenging M&A trans-

actions recorded in Israel.

Pro Bono Activities –

is central in all aspects

of Shibolet’s business. Our program involves

not only our commitment to community work

and environmental issues, but professional and

ethical obligations to clients and our own staff.

We place great importance on assisting non-

profit organizations and proudly provide pro

bono legal services to a number of noteworthy

public service organizations. Our partners also

serve on the boards of several non-profit orga-

nizations, such as Hillel Israel and DocAviv and

the Tel Aviv documentary film festival.
