pension deposits.

ing advanced study and provident funds through
Israel’s leading bodies to salaried employees,
shareholders and the self-employed.
Financial Policies and Savings Plans: Marketing
financial policies and savings plans through all
insurance companies and investment houses.
Taxation: Solutions through experts.
Health Insurance: Marketing supplementary
health insurance, medical and nursing insurance
for groups and individuals. Health insurance

Clearing and Control of Pension Deposits: The
agency’s operations system “Shay Bit” was
adapted to the new employers’ interface that

inputs and control of employers’ deposits as
required by the law’s instructions. In addi-
tion, Sagi-Yogev provides clearing and control
services for employers deposits as purely an
“operating body” in a world in which pension
agencies are proliferating, in coordination and

Human Resources
The company had 141 employees in 2015, in-
cluding ventures and subsidiaries. The company
has 5 joint ventures and a network of 65 compa-
ny agents and independent agents around Israel
in three branches. The agency’s headquarters is
in “Kiryat Migdal” in Petach Tikvah’s Kiryat Arie.
The Group operates operations centers around
the country in Petach Tikvah, Jerusalem and
Haifa. Each branch is connected to the techno-
logical infrastructure in the group’s headquar-
ters and the training, operations, finance and
marketing networks.

Operational Structure
Employees of Sagi-Yogev’s service units – the
heart of the company’s service network, operate
the independent agents portfolios as well as

with a fixed group of employers and agents and
handles clients directly. The operations team
comprises experienced staff with extensive in-
surance know-how.

software, which is adapted to regulatory re-
quirements – “Employers Interface” – major
experience gained over the years by the com-
pany on the subject of operational service and
collecting payments from employers, the ex-
tensive professional knowhow, and the ability
to work in an environment with many agencies
with the employers, and the company’s familiar-
ity in working with all the financial institutions
together with advanced technological systems
enables Sagi-Yogev to provide the highest level
of clearing and control services for employers’
deposits in synchronization and coordination
with all the financial agents chosen by their
employees. The aforementioned information
can be viewed at Sagi-Yogev’s website allowing
only those permitted the latest data for employ-
ers and employees. The website has the most
up-to-date professional information, bulletins
and financial calculators. The information is pro-
tected in the company’s systems and servers to
the highest standards of data security.
Branches are connected to the company’s cen-
tral computer, which is equipped with the most
advanced technological systems. The agencies
computers are connected to computers at all
the insurance companies, and documents and
applications for changes are copied by scanning
systems and transmitted to several insurance
companies, in order to ensure swift and efficient
handling for customers.
