company - R.H. Audit and Information

Ltd., hold ISO 9001:2000 certification. The firm

Diverse Services

The firm provides a diverse range of services: au-

dits of annual financial statements, representation

before the tax authorities, taxation issues, inter-

nal auditing, information systems - risk manage-

ment, information security and consultation, SOX

assistance, forensic accounting, business plans,

arbitration, corporate valuation, receiverships,

trusteeships, due diligence, liquidations, risk

management and acting under court-appointed

in various issues.

Audits of FinancialStatements and Representation

before the Authorities -

Audit of annual financial

statements for companies, partnerships, kibbut-

zim, NPO’s, municipal authorities, and review of

periodic reports, as may be required by the entity.

Tax Planning and Consulting -

Keeping abreast

of developments in taxation, jurisprudence, and

legislation for the benefit of our clients, enabling

them to take maximum advantage of tax benefits,

using access to the firm’s international network

for global tax planning as may be required, rep-

resentation before income tax and the national

insurance institute.

Internal Auditing -

Internal audits for public com-

panies, institutional bodies, financial institutions,

foundations, kibbutzim and private corporations.

Audits are carried out in accordance with the Com-

panies Law, the Internal Audit Law and other laws

applicable to the audited entity.

Special Forensic Accounting -

Designated audit, of

financial andmanagement matters, investigations,

suspectedmisconductandmisrepresentations.The

investigations are carried out for owners and/or var-

ious authorities, after which reports are provided. If

needed, testifying before the courts, support legal

claims and participation in leagal proceedings.

Court Appearance in Legal Proceedings -

Assis-

tance for attorneys in accounting matters, includ-

ing writing expert opinions on matters in dispute

(presentations, accounting settlements, liquida-

tions, and receiverships).

Internal Audit in Foreign Corporations -

Substan-

tial experience in conducting internal and forensic

audits for foreign companies, partnerships, and

entities abroad (subsidiaries, branches, joint ven-

tures, etc.).

RiskManagement andSurveys -

Expertise in finan-

cial and operational risksurveys, including surveys

for prevention of fraud and embezzlement, and

executing enforcement and compliance plans pur-

suant to Israeli Securities Authority directives.

Due Diligence -

Conducted jointly with the firm’s

finance department, which specializes in this area.

This includes, amongst other things, an economic

analysis of business and verification of accounting

and taxation data, identifying potential exposures

of the unit being surveyed. RH is set to conduct

post-investment special audits to validate any

representations that have been made.

Information Technology -

Risk management, in-

formation technology governance, information

security, computer auditing and consulting on de-

veloping information systems. This department is

headed by a partner holding Information Systems

Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security

Manager (CISM) certifications.
