How the Rating was Executed
What Did We Check?
In the framework of the rating, we focused on four pa-

rameters, which have a material effect on workplace
satisfaction:
1. Salary and benefits terms
2. Occupational stability
3. Career development
4. Work environment experience
In the framework of the rating we created a weighted table

based on these four parameters, which presents the 25
best tech companies to work for
Rating Methodology
The rating model is based on compiling the data from several
sources:
Qualitative analysis based on detailed questionnaires

filled by the companies, which created a comparison ba-
sis for the terms offered by each company for the various
parameters
a survey of HR managers concerning they companies they
•
perceive as the best tech companies to work for
a survey of tech employees which checked the reputation–
•
which tech companies they perceive to be the best ones
to work for (the survey was conducted in cooperation with
Experis of the Manpower Group).
