Amdocs in Israel

In Israel, Amdocs Israel’s main campus is in

Ra’anana, and is the Amdocs group’s main center

for research and development. The Ra’anana cam-

pus also hosts an AT&T Foundry innovation center

and aSingtel Innovation Center, inwhich local start-

ups develop and fast-track in-novative ideas with

these world-leading service providers. Other Israel

centers include the Negev Development Center in

Sderot, the Galilee Operation Center in Nazareth,

a managed services hub for our European, Middle

East and African customers, and Amdocs Haifa.

Over 4,700 software and information technology

professionals are based in Israel.

Customers

Amdocs customers include some of the largest

communications companies in the world, includ-

ing AT&T, Bell Canada, Deutsche Telekom, Singtel,

Sprint, Telefonica and Vodafone, as well as cable

and satellite providers, including Alitce USA, Com-

cast and J:COMand directory publishers and other

providers of media services.

Products and Services

Amdocs develops, implements andmanages soft-

ware and services associated with business sup-

port systems (BSS), operational support systems

(OSS) and network operations to enable service

providers to efficiently and cost-effectively intro-

duce new products and services, process orders,

monetize data and support new business models

and generally enhance their understanding of their

customers. Amdocs software solutions support

the full span of the customer relationship: revenue

and customer management, operations support,

network control, optimization and functions virtu-

alization, digital lifestyle services, big data analyt-

ics and mobile financial services. Amdocs offers

a comprehensive line of services designed to ad-

dress every stage of a service provider’s lifecycle,

from vision creation and initial strategy through

transformation and implementation to operations.

These services include strategic business con-

sulting, systems integration and transformation,

managed services and testing. The acquisition of

three technology leaders in the digital space an-

nounced in September 2016 - Vindicia in Silicon

Valley, Brite:Bill in Dublin and Pontis in Tel Aviv,

alongside Amdocs’ existing platforms which in-

clude multi-channel, digital care and commerce,

customer management and big data analytics so-

lutions, position Amdocs as the market leader to

help communication and media providers in their

digital transformation journey.
