FWMK is one of Israel’s leading law firms in the

lawyers headed by the firm’s founding partner Erez
Mizrachi. Over the years, Erez’s involvement in the
startups and venture capital industry gained Erez

legal and commercial senses, who understands
the world of technological entrepreneurship and
specializes in supporting complex transactions
through flexible business thinking and creative
solutions.
Lawyers in FWMK’s Hi-Tech Department are well
acquainted with the world of technological entre-
preneurship and possess an extensive experience
and broad business understanding in a variety of
legal and business matters related to technology
and high-tech.
The Department’s lawyers emphasis on combining
creative business thinking with suitable flexibility

The Hi-Tech Department has major experience in
representing and supporting high-tech entrepre-
neurs and startups in various sectors from the
concept stage, forming a corporate and creating
its tax structure, assistance in the capital raising
process, and through routine support and advice
in the life of the company, until the prospective
Exit stage.
The Department supports dozens of entrepre-
neurs including serial entrepreneurs and startup
companies in a variety of sectors such as cyber
security, e-commerce, Internet, digital advertising,
IoT, agrotech, biotech, cleantech and more. The
Department also represents Israeli and foreign
venture capital funds and private investors in a
wide range of investment transactions. In addi-
tion, the Department advises and assists with the
establishment of investment entities, and projects
that promote technological initiatives in Israel.
FWMK has vast experience in representing inM&A
transactions. The Department recently led the le-
gal handling of the acquisition transactions of
Playitka, Sintec Media, Segoma, Soluto, Bycode,
Mobilespaces, Genieo, IntellinX and more.
The Department’s lawyers have considerable
experience in executing various technology and
intellectual property transactions (including dis-
tribution and licensing agreements, software,
open source code, etc.), strategic partnerships,
strategic investments, finance and venture capi-
tal transactions, M&A transactions, various joint
venture agreements, employment and services
agreements, option plans and employee capital
remunerations. In addition, our Department has
an extensive experience in consulting its clients
with respect to all related aspects of Israeli R&D
Law (including communications with the Chief Sci-
entist in theMinistry of Economy) and compliance
with the applicable Privacy Laws.
