industry, and for good reason we took upon our-
selves the title “Start-Up Nation”. In recent years,
hi-tech industry has become one of the engines
which move Israel’s economy, and hundreds of
high-tech companies in a broad spectrumof areas,
from mobile and media through biotech and fin-
tech (financial technology), are founded in Israel
each year. Some of the companies are successful, a
small number of them really “make-it” and are sold
to third parties for imaginary sums, or alternatively
- hold their IPO on stock exchanges worldwide.

ments and handling documents to incorporate the
company, IP rights protection arrangements, form-

commercial negotiations and agreements, granting
licenses for technological use, negotiations and
agreements for software development, assistance
in formulating employees’ remuneration packages
(options), and raising capital in the various phases
