Prion Architects headed by Alex Prion,

is one of the leading architects in Is-

rael, and specializes in the planning

of commercial centers, supermarkets and chain

stores. A. Prion has over 30 years of experience

in the planning and handling of the marketing

chains’ needs.

The firm was established in 1974 by the archi-

tect Alex Prion, with the vision to become the

leading architects firm in Israel for the planning

and designing supermarkets and commercial

centers. In 2006 the “a.b.s.p.” architects firm

was founded in order to render unique architec-

ture services to additional customers.

The firm provides its customers a combined

planning solution, both in the structure plan-

ning stage of the commercial center and the

interior planning design of supermarkets and

stores, paying special attention to the place’s

functionality and the working scope required

for the project. The uniqueness of the firm is

focuses on its being a one stop shop for super-

markets, coordinating solutions and planning

accompaniment, starting the decision on land

acquisition up to obtaining a business license.

Another unique activity of the firm is provid-

ing service for its customers over many years of

operation due to variable requirements of the

authorities, following mergers and acquisitions

of marketing chains and applying changes to

their marketing concepts.

The rich professional experience in planning

thousands of projects countrywide, enables

the firm to deepen its knowledge on the variety

companies such as Housing & Development for

Israel Ltd., Lod and Ramla Development Com-

pany, Azorim, Elram, etc. The firm also dealt

for many years in residential neighborhoods

renovation, among others renovated the Jew-

ish Orthodox area of Neve Sharet in Tel Aviv

and expanded 250 existing apartments in the

neighborhood.
