Valley based accelerator - NFX Guild, and par-
ticipated in the establishment of many startups
including RealMAtch, Eyeview, SweelM, Keshoo,
Playtika, Goodjob, NonoRep, and
more.
Representation of Playtika - Playtika is one of
the leading social games companies world-
wide, with meteoric growth figures. The com-
pany manufactures and markets some of the
leading games in the social networks all over
the world.
Ran, Dlugin & Co. Firm accompanies Playtika
and advises the company from the foundation
stages, investment deals, commercial contracts
and up to its acquisition by Caesars - an Amer-
ican giant corporation in the fields of casino
games, at a highly considerable acquisition
transaction.
This extraordinary deal was the largest acquisi-
tion deal of an Israel games company ever.
The firm advised Playtika at the negotiations
process and continues representing and accom-
panying the company in all its impressive devel-
opment stages, in various transactions, etc.

Inc. from its incorporation, meteoric growth and
its acquisition by games giant Zynga Inc.
