Barely Levitzky Kassif (BLK), an interna-
tional architecture firmand one of Israel’s
largest and leading firms, is a partnership
of three highly experienced architects, Uri Barely
Coby Levitzky and Moti Kassif, who have been
cooperating since 1979.
Areas of Expertise
BLK has extensive experience in planning large
scope projects including commercial complexes,
office and residential towers, residential neigh-
borhoods, major housing and vacation home
developments, mixed use projects, logistic
centers, high tech and industrial facilities, life
science design, tourism, leisure and recreation
complexes, healthcare, educational and other
public facilities.
Highest Standards of Craftsmanship
BLK, which includes over 70 architects, offers
leading entrepreneurs throughout the world the
highest standards of craftsmanship. The Firmhas
carried out large and highly complex projects pro-
viding the highest level of service in the shortest
possible time. BLK servesmajor developers world-
wide, and has undertakenmajor projects in Israel,
Europe, Russia and the US. The Firm cooperates
with international architects such as RichardMeier
& Partners (RMP) and has established the IDG
group together with Ranni Ziss Architects.
Commercial Complexes
BLK has been involved in the design of over 20
commercial complexes in Israel as well as over-
seas, and was awarded the 2011 Excellency in
Construction Award for the design of the G Cinema
City Complex.
High - Rise Projects
BLK has extensive experience in the design of
high-rise office, residential andmultiuse projects.
These include ‘City Tower’ and ‘Rogovin-Tidhar
Tower’ along the Ayalon; the Tel-Aviv exclusive 46
floors ‘Rothschild Residential Tower’ designed in
cooperation with RMP, which was awarded Israel’s
2011 Design Award sponsored by ‘domus’ Inter-
national magazine; the 45 floors Tel-Aviv ‘Alon
Towers’ (BSR) Office Towers; the ‘W Boutique’
Residential Tower and the 55 floors multiuse ‘Ha-
shachar Tower’ which encompasses Commercial
center as well as Office and Residential floors.
Residential Developments
BLK has designed over 20,000 housing units in
Israel and worldwide. The Firm’s ‘Osielde Euro-
peiski’ project in Krakow was selected ‘Poland’s
Best Residential project of the year’ for the years
2003 & 2006; the ‘Washington Residential proj-
ect’ in Bucharest was selected ‘Romania’s Best
Residential Project of the Year’ in 2005, whereas
‘Neve-Savion’ in Or-Yehuda (designed in coopera-
tion with Blumenthal and Moran-Dick Firms) was
awarded the Excellency in Construction Award.
Other Activities
In addition, BLK is involved in the design of proj-
ects of various types and scales from a single of-
fice building such as the ‘Center Point’ project in
Budapest which was selected as ‘Hungary’s Best
Office Project of the Year’ in 2006, to complex
public buildings, hotels, resorts, logistic centers,
town planning and urban design projects.
