owner, is an arbitrator and mediator, having rich
experience and expertise in court representation
for over 20 years. Member of the Insurance Laws
Israeli Association, Member of the Tort Commit-
tee at the Israel Bar Association, Member of the
Sport Law Committee at the Israel Bar Associa-
tion, Judge at the National Disciplinary Court of
the Israel Bar Association, writer and lecturer in
lawyers advanced studies, insurance agents and
assessors, has a regular column at the insurance
newspaper “Adif”. In addition, Adv. Schneorson
is the author of the book “Every One Can! Under-
stand Insurance”. The book, which is the first of
its kind, addresses the average reader that is not
a certified professional, lawyer or insurance agent,
but is insured under the common policies, and is
interested in learningmore, particularly in learning
more about his rights.

LL.M. from Upenn University, USA and diploma
