Klil Industries Ltd.
K lil leads in the design of aluminumwindows
and doors in Israel. Klil, founded in 1950,
employs about 300 workers. The factory is
located in Karmiel. The company went public in
1981 and its shares are traded on the Tel AvivStock
Exchange. Daboosh Investment Group holds about
60% of the shares, the balance is held by institu-
tional groups and the public. Klil was chosen to
receive an exclusive license to produce andmarket
aluminum construction products fromALCOA – the
largest aluminum producer in the world. Klil has a
subsidiary: Roll Profile, which develops and pro-
duces rolling shutter systems.

Klil is a fast-growing company and each year in-
troduces new and advanced products, with an
emphasis on unique solutions in niche products
and ecological construction. Klil develops, pro-
duces and markets advanced aluminum systems

Three Steps to an Integrated Guaranty
Klil has developed a unique and innovative service
option for builders and renovators, “Three Steps to
an Integrated Guaranty.” As part of this service, the
builder/renovator is provided with support from
the first contact through to the end of the project.
Builders enjoy professional assistance and are
given the best and most suitable solution for their
requirements.
Step 1 – A personal meeting with a consultant at
one of Klil’s showrooms. (The meeting is without
payment or commitment).
Step 2 – Selecting one of Klil’s authorized installers
to implement the project. Klil chooses, authorizes
and supervises selected window installers and re-
fers builders and renovators to authorized window
installers.
Step 3 – A verification and the receiving of an In-
tegrated Guaranty an inspection and receipt of an
integrated guarantee, which covers Klil’s overall
responsibility for components made by Klil and
the authorized installer’s responsibilities for the
other components of the installation. (After the
completion of work in your home and checking that
Klil original products have been installed by the
authorized professional, an “Integrated Guaranty”
certificate is sent to you).

Klil, for the first time, offers complete and qualita-

product family. Klil Glass is supplied as part of Klil
Systems, and bears a unique stamp identification

sumer can choose the appropriate GLASS product,
