About the Group
The Group was founded in 1974 to provide external
lighting and electrical solutions. Managed by own-
ers Pini and Amir Ya’acobi, YSB has significantly
expanded activities by acquiring areas of knowhow
and quality added-value manpower, enabling the
firm to gain major competitive advantage over ri-
vals. Customers include government ministries,
governmental companies, municipalities and local
authorities, communications companies, hospi-
tals, universities, banks, and more. In 2009, YSB
began residential real estate development and
income-producing property projects in the south.
YSB Group’s HQ is in Rishon Lezion with branches
and logistic centers in Be’er-Sheva, Haifa, and Jeru-
salem. The company has 600 employees.
Group’s Areas of Activity
The Group provides customers a one-stop-shop
package of solutions for developing, planning,
implementing and maintaining integrated internal
and external systems in electricity and lighting, in-
frastructures, air-condition, electro-mechanics, traf-
fic, parking, building development, recycling, etc.
Group Subsidiaries
Menolead Herut Systems – Leading Israeli con-
tracting subsidiary for planning, integration,
implementation and maintenance of plumbing,
air-conditioning, lighting, and communications
systems, as well as building infrastructures and
electro-mechanical systems for the air-conditioning
of tunnels, highways, and public buildings. Timna
Airport is the biggest project that Menolead has
ever implemented. In electro-mechanics, Menolead
plans and implements sophisticated systems for
air-conditioning, complex electrical systems in-
cluding low, high and very high tension, electric
boards, transformers, generators, fire extinguish-
ing systems, etc. In plumbing, Menolead focuses
on sanitary solutions, building pumping stations,
wastewater disposal, construction of clean rooms
and gas systems for research laboratories. Inmain-
tenance, Menolead manages service and mainte-
nance systems for buildings and themost complex
electro-mechanical systems through five service
centers. Menolead has ISO9001: 2001 certification
and is licensed as an unlimited scope contractor.
Menolead Herut Maintenance – Maintains build-
ings and complex electro-mechanical systems and
provides comprehensive services for buildings in-
cluding electricity boxes, command and control sys-
tems, air-conditioning, generators, diesel pumps
and clean rooms. The company has led large and
complex projects for banks, health funds, pharma-
cies, surgical theaters, IDF bases and Israel Police.
Menolead has 4 service and control centers and is
able to provide effective and immediate services to
customer-defined SLA.A 24/7 call center is avail-
able, managed and supervised by technicians.
ArielWimasorTraffic&Parking Control – A leader in
ITS systems and advanced parking systems. Devel-
ops, manages, establishes, plans, and maintains
traffic control and management systems including
command and control of traffic lights, tunnels and
smart highways, and LPR command and control
parking systems, On/Off street parking direction
systems, PGS and parking meters. A licensed un-
limited scope contractor in electricity, traffic lights,
and parking with ISO 9001 certification, the com-
pany employs an experienced team, with proven
track record skills in smart and complex solutions
integrating hardware, software, and advanced
technologies. Ariel Wimasor’s largest project is
the Jerusalem Light Rail. The company provides
maintenance services through its strict SLA 24/7
call center.
Pika DevelopmentWorks Infrastructure – Civil engi-
neering and complex infrastructure projects. Since
its inception in 1991, Pika has gained contracting
expertise in drainage, landscaping, paving roads
and laying communications and electricity lines.
Lead Control – Integrating control, computerized
and automation systems for the chemicals, biotech,
pharmaceuticals, electrical systems, water, sewage,
lighting, wireless, control center, information secu-
rity, defense and control, fuel and gas industries,
etc. With its ISO 9001 certification, the company
provides comprehensive services fromconsultancy
to planning, building, and maintaining complex
systems in Israel and abroad.
Menolinx – Develops smart, energy-efficient city
systems in lighting and energy, including lighting
control systems and electricity lines. Also devel-
ops smart digital cities and networks for customer
needs by installing radio, landline and cellular
communications, software and hardware, in con-
trol centers.
Dynam Tech – Vehicle access control solutions for
car parks by mono-value vehicle identification cor-
relative data about the driver. Solutions allow auto-
matic payment mechanisms, control by authorized
sources and management and control of guests
invited on a WEB or AVR basis.
Dekel Infrastructures – Owning quarries in Mishor
Rotem and Nahal Borer, the company produces
natural and industrial sand and stone.
Green Net – Israel’s leading waste management
company, which plans, builds and operates plants
for waste sorting, separating and recycling, includ-
ing waste treatment plants and systems for produc-
ingMSW-based energy. The company recently built
one of the world’smost advanced sorting and sepa-
ratingMSWplants in Jerusalem including anaerobic
digestion for gas and organic waste-to-energy.
D&I – Offers comprehensive solutions in water
management systems and water and energy in-
frastructures based on 20 years of knowhow and
experience in developing and applying services,
including locating infrastructures (water, fuel and
gas) leak control, and waste reduction using ad-
vanced solutions.
