Almog Group.

T

he Almog Group is privately owned, with

extensive real estate operations, includ-

ing the development and construction

of residential and commercial projects, owner-

ship and management of revenue generating

properties and shopping malls in city centers.

Almog’s related companies deal with urban

renewal projects (“Pinui u’ Binui”, and “Tama

38”), as well as foreign development projects.

Established in 1986, by Izhak and Liora Amsa-

lem, the Almog Group has been and continues

to be, a leading factor in residential and com-

mercial development and construction projects.

Its residential units incorporate modern and so-

phisticated building techniques, as well as ef-

ficient and flexible internal layouts - always with

maximum attention to customer preferences.

From the moment the contract is signed, and un-

til construction is complete, Almog’s Marketing

and Customer relations division stays in close

touch with the customer to the moment of pur-

chase. The Group has a team of about 150 expe-

rienced engineers, project managers, operators,

site and office employees. Professionalism char-

acterizes the Group’s work processes along with

excellent investments in manpower, all to form a

sense of security and purchase experience.

Urban Renewal Projects

The Group is active in the field of urban renewal

through two affiliated companies, as follows:

“Almog Pinui u’ Binui” –

is involved in 20

“evacuate and build” projects in Israel’s major

city centers – Tel Aviv, Rishon Le’Zion, Haifa,

etc. The projects are in advanced acquisition

and licensing stages.

“Almog 38” –

specializes in sourcing and pro-

moting “Master Plan 38” projects and is in-

volved in more than 30 projects located in high

demand areas throughout Israel. The Group

reinforces buildings under both the “Master

Plan 38” and the Master Plan 38 Amendment

2 programs.

The Almog Group considers urban renewal a

national and ideological mission for increasing

the supply of apartments, empowering social

equality in Israel and renewing Israel’s city cen-

ters. The Group’s aims to fulfill its objectives,

optimally with maximum attention to providing

developing more than five large projects. The

Group is now involved in two large residential

projects in Romania: Affordable Housing proj-

in the port city of Constanta, and a luxurious

residential complex in the heart of Bucharest.

Prominent among these - a residential neighbor-

hood extending over 77 dunams in the port city

of Constanta. Other residential and office build-

ings are being built in Bucharest and Constanta,

and the Group retains a reserve of agricultural

land in the suburbs of these cities.

Social Responsibility

“To save one soul is equal to saving an entire

world.” Since its founding, 30 years ago, the Al-

mog Group has been working for the community

in a multitude of ways, such as co-operation with

the Israel Cancer Association, the Association

for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers, Ilan - the

Israel Foundation for Handicapped Children, the

Snir Association, and the Society for Advanc-

ing Education in Tel-Aviv-Jaffa. The Group also

grants annual scholarships to students. All this

reflects its corporate responsibility, a sense of

identification and recognition that it is impor-

tant to contribute to Israeli society.
