Milestones
In 2014, the company acquiredMatanis Michael
BuildingWorks Ltd., a housing company that has
developed and built thousands of housing units.
The company has G5 unlimited classification as
a contractor. Acquisition of the company, which
was established in 1976, included its reputa-
tion, knowhow and classifications. Its name has
been changed to Omer B.R. Development and
Construction Ltd.

Shechtman C Project: Shechtman C, West Hai-
fa–5-room apartments, garden apartments,
penthouses.
Minrav Project: Located in Rishon Lezion – four
8-floor buildings, 88 housing units.
Mazliah Project: Located in Mazliah, Ramla – 2
buildings, 72 housing units.
Ziv Art Project: The project includes 132 luxury
apartments + basement.
Five HaifaWest Project: The project’s developer is
G. Keshet – 5 buildings, 97 housing units.
New Projects
Boneh Reneh Construction & Development has
begun new projects in various regions.
Beer Yaacov, Ha’alonim St.: 3 similar residential
buildings, 150 housing units including under-
ground parking for 80 cars. The building will be
constructed with prefabricated methods integrat-
ing various sections with on-site casting.
Terminal Afula: Afula Central BusStation (transpor-
tation center including passenger terminal, parking
and offices) a 4,000-sq.m. project.
German Colony Hotel, Haifa: Six-floor building cov-
ering 18,000-sq.m. including a 4,500-sq.m. base-
ment with service floors and a swimming pool.
Main Customers
The company’s customers include: G. Keshet,
Electra Construction, Mabat LeNegev (IDF Train-
ing Base City), Nitzba, Panorama North, Y.B. Ziv,
