Milestones

In 2014, the company acquiredMatanis Michael

BuildingWorks Ltd., a housing company that has

developed and built thousands of housing units.

The company has G5 unlimited classification as

a contractor. Acquisition of the company, which

was established in 1976, included its reputa-

tion, knowhow and classifications. Its name has

been changed to Omer B.R. Development and

Construction Ltd.

New Projects

Boneh Reneh Construction & Development has

begun new projects in various regions.

Beer Yaacov, Ha’alonim St.:

3 similar residential

buildings, 150 housing units including under-

ground parking for 80 cars. The building will be

constructed with prefabricated methods integrat-

ing various sections with on-site casting.

Terminal Afula:

Afula Central BusStation (transpor-

tation center including passenger terminal, parking

and offices) a 4,000-sq.m. project.

German Colony Hotel, Haifa:

Six-floor building cov-

ering 18,000-sq.m. including a 4,500-sq.m. base-
