Efgad Group – Engineering & Construc-
tion Company Ltd. is a veteran, renowned
company, operating in Israel’s construction
industry for over 25 years.

etc. At present, the company manages the con-
struction of over 1,000 housing units countrywide
in various projects including:
Marom Efgad in Ramat Gan – A luxury project in
Ben Eliezer St. in Ramat Gan, a 9 stories building
including 2, 3 and 4 rooms apartments, totaling
52 housing units.
Ganei Efgad in Ashkelon – A luxury project in Ash-
kelon with 155 units under construction and being
occupied, near the beach. Spacious 4 and 5 rooms
with sea view balconies.
Efgad Towers in new Akko - A luxury towers neigh-
borhood, comprised of 3 towers of 24 stories under
construction including 282 housing units. The 4
and 5 rooms apartments were uniquely designed
and enjoy an open sea view.
In Eilat - the Red commercial center is under con-
struction and 400 homes are being planned above
the center.
The company is marketing other projects in cities
such as Tel Aviv, Eilat, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Malachi
and Jerusalem.
As projects for urban renewal gainmomentum, the
company was among the first to implement TAMA
38, build and clear and highest density building
throughout the country.
The company has also developed special exper-
tise in build and clear projects in Tel Aviv, and the
authorities have also approved five TAMA 38 and
clear and build projects.
One of the most outstanding projects is Kidmat
Zahala in Neve Sharet, Tel Aviv, where 332 housing
units are being built.

Efgad started as a small family business and over
the years grew and expanded into a dynamic and
flourishing company, employing many workers
from a variety of fields.
The companywas established in 1989byMr. Efraim
Henig, whowished to provide construction services
at the highest level, always keeping in mind the

and family inner and external conduct.
The company is located in the city of Ashkelon
and employs over 200 people in management,
administration, financial and customer service
department.
Efgad is classified at the Ministry of Construc-
tion under the classification “unlimited” – (G-5),
being the highest ranking, and is recognized by
the Defense Ministry as a housing construction
company.
The company is ranked 29th in the list of “Lead-
ing development and construction companies”
and was rated at the lowest risk level by the rating
companies BDI and D&B.
The company was qualified by the Standards Insti-
tution of Israel according to ISO9001 2008 require-
ments and uses constructionmaterials bearing the
Israeli standard.
