Fadlon Group is one of Israel’s oldest private
contracting groups, considered among the
leading real estate companies in Israel. The
company specializes in construction engineering,
public and private construction, developing and
managing properties. The company specializes in
building projects with complex engineering, and
the highest quality finishing requiring knowhow
and technological capabilities such as buildings
for preservation, hospital installations/buildings,
logistics buildings, hotels, commercial areas, and
luxury houses. The company is currently carrying
out luxury projects including projects in Tel Aviv,
Raanana, Hadera, Herzliya and more. The Com-
pany is organized in a hierarchical structure and
operates over 80 employees from its headquarters
and subcontractors lead by 10 project managers
with training as engineers, technicians, and pro-
fessional working managers. The company puts
special emphasis onmeeting budget expectations,
timetables, aswell as invests vast resources for im-
provement and keeping its service quality and per-
sonal relationship to the customers’ satisfaction.

History
company was founded in 1972 by the CEOs’ fa-
ther, Herzl Fadlon, who has rich experience in the
construction field. Initially the company built resi-
dential and public buildings and detached houses
throughout Israel. Among the projects built in those
early years are Shekem Building; the Diamond Ex-
change parking lot in Ramat Gan; Kfar Maccabiah
Hotel; and High-Tech plants. In 2002-2004, the
sons, Roy and Ido, joined Hertzl, now the firm’s
President, while his daughter, Dganit, is in charge
of customer service and coordinating changeswith
tenants.
Developing & Betterment of Assets
The company’s Entrepreneurial and betterment ac-
tivities are gainingmomentum. Among others, the
company’s headquartersweremodified, and sever-
al other assetswere added, as self-entrepreneurial,
income producing real estate projects. One of the
group’s next projects is a new luxurious commerce
structure in Natanya’s Industrial Area. Located in a
main area, the building will include spaces for sale
as well as spaces designed for income producing
real estate purposes. Similar projects are planned
for Kfar Saba, Herzliya, Hadera, and more.
Latest Projects
Residential Buildings:
• Ben Yehuda - A unique botique building in the
heart of Tel Aviv.
• Pardess Project PetachTikva, Kfar Ganim– 4 resi-
dential buildings, 8 floors in each, high standard
apartments, designed for long-term rentals.
• YuvalimProject, Ra’anana – A housing project of
67 units with an underground parking lot.
• Carmelit 9 Tel Aviv – Boutique project, located at
the Herbert Samuel seafront promenade. Luxury
apartments, underground parking. Because of its
proximity to the beach, waterproofing, special walls
and water drilling are required.
Public Buildings:
• Beit Roladin, at Kadima-Tzoran Industrial Zone
– Commercial building 9,000 sq.m. The roof will
serve as a parking lot.
• Business Hotel, Galgalei Haplada in Herzliya –
Including a 3-floor underground parking lot, lobby,
commercial floor and 175 hotel rooms.
• Pediatric Hospital, Tel Hashomer – Adding
3-floors including a treatment floors, wards and
intensive care. The work was carried out during
routine hospital activity.
• Netanya Academic College Student dormitories
–3 buildings of 7,000 sq.m., commercial floor and
170 units. Services included furnishings, electrical
products etc. During 2015 the company will deliver
another building with 90 rooms at a high acces-
sorized level as a turnkey contractor.
• Ben Yehuda – Special boutique building at the
center of Tel Aviv.
Special Construction:
• Rothschild 85, Tel Aviv: A conservation Bauhaus
building from the 30’s, renovated and converted
into 11 boutique apartments. The construction
work included advanced engineering methods.
• Autoimmune Center, Tel Hashomer Hospital –
Construction on an existing building using con-
crete and steel. 4,000 sq.m. of hospital rooms and
lecture halls.
• Emergency Medical Center, Tel-Hashomer (ER)
– Addition of a basement floor under the existing
building, expansion and addition of a floor, all dur-
ing the regular activity of the ER.
• Leon Towers Parking Lot – Planning and con-
struction – a building located at Herbert Samuel
Promenade in Tel Aviv. 4 parking lot floors, includ-
ing groundwater lowering.
• Planning the construction for 3 additional park-
ing floors for the Cancer Treatment Center at Tel-
Hashomer Hospital.
Development:
• VillaV8 Project – Impressive prominent project in
Hadera’s Park neighborhood. Includes 18 unique
housing units with hanging balconies.
• Green Kfar-Saba – A most attractive project in-
cluding 72 apartments bought as part of a combi-
nation deal. They will be built as affordable homes
including 73 sq.m. apartments, balconies, storage
and underground parking.
• Hamelacha Project - Impressive prominent proj-
ect designed for about 9,000 sq.m. structure +
10,000 sq.m. underground parking lot. The build-
ing will include 2 commercial floors and 4 office
floors in a wide range of designs offering solutions
for small and large businesses.
• Nof-Harim, Efrat and Gush Etzion projects.
• And many more.
Contribution to the Community
The company contributes to organizations and
charities – Habad, Even Yehuda, KKL, Or Menach-
em for children with cancer, Mouth or Foot Painting
Artists, and the Association for the Wellbeing of
Israeli Soldiers.
