lezra Group’s Afridar Co. is directly engaged

through its subsidiaries in initiating, plan-

ning, developing, building, implementing,

marketing and selling housing units, offices and

commercial spaces. Afridar has earned a reputation

as a leading construction company that has gained

decades of experience, while adhering to the high-

est standards of planning and construction, until

delivering the building to the customer. Over the

years, the company has built thousands of homes.

It specializes in residential construction, commer-

cial centers and offices. Afridar is financially strong

and cooperates closely with Israel’s banks. The

company’s financial sources allow it to invest in

real estate and lead urban development in Israel.

Sales of the company and its holdings in subsidiar-

ies totaled about NIS 195 million in 2013.

History

Elezra Group’s Afridar Co. was founded in 1950

by Zionist immigrants from South Africa, in order

to build the city Ashkelon. Several years later the

company was nationalized and engaged primar-

ily in developing Ashkelon. Afridar bought land

reserves in the city during the 1950’s-1970’s and

built the Afridar and Barnea neighborhoods, which

continued to develop over the years. In 2001, the

company was privatized and acquired by the Elezra

Group. Since then it has built thousands of homes

and commercial spaces countrywide.

Vision

Afridar focuses on residential real estate activi-

ties nationwide. The company currently focuses

on locating residential projects in urban renewal

areas with growth potential and existing urban

infrastructures to serve customers when they en-

ter their new homes. Afridar was one of the first

companies to implement urban renewal projects

in clear and build programs and plans leading the

field in the coming years.

Main Projects as of 21.2.2016

• Shirat Moshe, Ashkelon –

Exclusive residential

seafront area including two towers, 134 quality

4 and 5 room apartments, penthouses, garden

apartments, with advanced, latest designs and

rich specifications. All apartments overlook the

sea. The first building will be occupied in February

and construction is commencing on the second.

• Afridar Residence –

A unique 11-floor building

in Holon with 41 4, 5, and 6 room apartments, 52

units with 18-sq.m. balconies, garden apartments,

mini-penthouses and large spacious penthouses.

The project was built on private land at the corner

of Golda Meir and Motta Gur Streets on the exclu-

sive 300 het plot, which has abundant community

services, developed commercial centers, Meditech,

sports and education centers, nearby leisure facili-

ties and easy access to main highways.

• Afridar Tower –

Another Holon building with

14 floors and 52 4, 5, 6 rooms apartments with

18-sq.m. balconies, garden apartments, mini-

penthouses and large, spacious penthouses. The

project is being built onMenachemBeginSt. in the

exclusive Het 300 area.

• Afridar KOI –

An exclusive project in Herzliya

planned by architect Giora Rotman with 7-terraced

floors, 58 4, 5 room garden apartments and pent-

houses with gardens and attractive balconies. The

project is being built on private land southeast

of the Nathan Alterman and Uriel Ofek junction

(Hamishtalot Road). Close to the project are many

developed community services, sports and edu-

cation centers, and leisure facilities such as the

Sportech, performing arts center, country club,

Seven Stars Mall and more.

• Clear and Build, Neve Sharet, Kidmat Tzahala,

Tel Aviv –

In partnership with Afgad, includes 334

housing units in 2 towers and 4 extra 10-floor build-

ings. The project is being built to the highest quality

standards like leading North Tel Aviv projects.

• Ehad Ha’am Towers, Hadera –

This project in-

cludes 198 residential units divided between 3

towers, located in the center of the city and ris-

ing up to 22 stories high over a shopping cen-

ter that includes 1,800 sq.m. and underground

basements.

• Mishkanot Hamusika –

An original and exclusive

residential project in RoshHa’Ayinwith 400 impres-

sive well-designed 4, 5 room apartments, garden

apartments and penthouses with advanced de-

signs, rich specifications and high-level finishing.

Afridar is also building 3,500-sq.m. commercial

space and the area includes developed community

services, shopping centers, accessible green areas

and access to Road 6 and Israel Railways.

The Group’s Companies

• Albar –

Leading vehicle sector company in op-

erational leasing, and vehicle fleet management for

companies and businesses, leasing to individuals,

vehicle sales, trade-in, vehicle financing and rent-

als. Founded in 1994, Albar serves successfully by

applying the highest standards in its field, tens of

thousands of satisfied customers – individuals and

businesses. Customer service is the company’s top

priority with 22 vehicle sales branches, 12 leasing

service branches, and 14 vehicle rental branches

throughout Israel.

• Hachshara Insurance –

One of the oldest insur-

ance companies in Israel, the company has been

operating since 1972. Hachsharaworks in twomain

areas: elementary insurance and life and long-term

savings insurance. Elezra Group acquired the

company in 2006. After the change of ownership,

Hachshara underwent an internal restructuring:

a business and strategic vision was formulated,

the level of operations upgraded, geographical

deployment expanded, and the mix of business

broadened. Hachshara currently provides a broad

spectrumand range of insurance solutions. Afridar

holdsabout34.67%ofHachsharaInsuranceshares.

Community Contribution

Elezra Group strengthens connections to the com-

munity and provides assistance through the Elezra

Fund, which offers scholarships to the needy, and

encourages integration into academia through so-

cial activism funds and scholarships to academic

institutions. The fund contributes to the community

on welfare, education and culture and has made

major donations to Ashkelon’s Barzilai Hospital.
