Magnezi Group
Magnezi Group was established in
the early 1990’s and has since been
constructing large, complex and long-
term projects, communicating its performance
and management abilities, which positioned it
among the leading Israeli companies of its field.
The group’s revenues turnover amounted to NIS
700 million in 2015. Among its clients are minis-
tries, public institutions, municipalities, water cor-
porations, etc. The group operates via 3 branches:
Magnezi Infrastructure Ltd. for civil engineering
works, Magnezi Concrete Ltd. operating a ready-
mix plant, Oren Investment, a construction, pro-
motion and investments company. The group’s
companies maintain all the necessary classifica-
tions for contracts with governmental and public
entities and water and sewage corporations’ cur-
rent maintenance works.
Among the group’s projects: • Ben Gurion Air-
port – parking lots & airplane ramps construc-
tion, fourth branch • Jerusalem – construction
of the light rail infrastructure • Main rear sewage
line 2.5 m diameter 5,000 m long, Dan regional
wastewater treatment • Shankar Portal – infra-
structure work for the Tel Aviv light rail • Shoham
Park Northern Industrial Zone – Business and
logistics park over 50 hectare • Ashdod Amphi-
theater & Park – the largest in Israel with 5,600
seats and a maximum capacity of 8,000 • Pisgat
Zeev – infrastructure for a residential neighbor-
hood and construction of roads and bridges •
Netivot – infrastructure for residential neighbor-
hood • Dimona–municipal dumping site evacua-
tion and infrastructure construction for residential
neighborhood • Ramat Gan Municipality – “The
Triangle” project, infrastructure for Dan Region’s
green neighborhood • Modi’in Industry Zone –

Magnezi Infrastructure Ltd.
The company was established in 1994 and is
among the top infrastructure companies in Israel.
The company’s areas of expertise comprise of civil
engineering, including earthworks, routes quar-
rying, blasting, roads and bridges paving, smart
water infrastructures, water pumping and sewage
lines, public buildings construction. Grinding ar-
rays including heavy equipment for aggregates and
over 100 heavy machines. The company’s offices
are located in Or Yehuda and employ 300 people,
with a computer network linked to sites country-
wide and equipped with the top execution, control
& monitoring software.
Oren Investment Ltd.
Oren Investment is the group’s development arm
and is involves in building and development and
is a public company. Among its outstanding proj-
ects are: Bella Lugano, Yehud; Josephtal Project in
Lod; police building, Ariel University by PFI method
for Israel Police and luxurious and exclusive office
tower, BBC Compound, Bnei Brak.
Magnezi Concrete Ltd.
Magnezi Concrete offices are located in Kibbutz
Be’erot Yitzhak. The company was founded in 2002
& owns concrete plants, mobile concrete produc-
tion arrays, amixers fleet and concrete pumps. The
company provides its clients with varied services
and products for construction and infrastructure,
directly to the worksite. The production and devel-
opment processes are computerized, using innova-
tive technologies, ensuring reliability, an optimal
precision level and the highest quality. The mixers
fleet renders efficient and fast services to the cus-
tomers, in comparison with the competitors.
Avrot Group Ltd.
Besides its real estate activity, Magnezi began
acquiring companies synergetic with the group’s
companies. In early 2011 Magnezi Infrastructures
acquired control over public company Avrot Indus-
tries Ltd. In the past, Chezem, Paladex and Plastline
activitiesweremergedwith Avrot, creating an entity
specializing in steel pipes external and internal
coating for various applications, sand and steel
spray, painting and protective coating, polyethyl-
ene pipeline steel-reinforced for sewage and drain-
age applications, plastic pipeline for industry. Avrot
produces Paladex pipes for sewage and drainage
using a unique technology combining its compo-
nents’ advantages. Mechanical strength and ability
to handle heavy loads result from steel. Corrosion
and slip resistance, good hydraulic conduction,
flexibility and life length for various decades derive
fromH.D.P.E. just recently, the water activities oper-
ated until now, as part of Magnezi Infrastructures,
were merged with Avrot (maintenance for water
corporations and variousmunicipalities, 24/7, us-
ingmobilemaintenance crews that include equip-
ment and personnel for emergencies). In addition,
the company acquired BOT, a company that deals
with maintenance of sewage systems and owns
equipment which will improve the group’s water
branch activity.
Shaked Commerce and Construction Ltd.
Established in 2013, the company trades and
markets raw materials for construction and infra-
structure, and provides raw materials and opti-
mal service to both large and small organizations.
Moreover, it imports dozens of products, such as
building iron, professional iron, porcelain, ceram-
ics, equipment for construction and tools from
Germany, Turkey and China.
Contribution to the Community
The Magnezi group established “True kindness
non-profit organization that is managed by Itzik
Grodko. The organization works with weak popu-
lations and helps those who work but cannot get
ahead, as well as patients that require expensive
treatment in Israel and abroad. The Group also sup-
ports “Spivak” an organization of the disable and
among others the “Thur de Contribute”.
