Dimri whose vision and expertise in the
field have led the company tomajor suc-
cess and built for it a strong reputation in Israel.
The company is currently one of Israel’s largest and
leading companies specializing in planning and
building residential neighborhoods, and commer-
cial and tourismprojects. The company employs a
professional teamof architects, engineers, project
managers, and implementation managers as well
as marketing and sales staff, customer services
and housing inspection personnel who provide
service to all the company’s past and present
customers.
Financial Strength
Y.H. Dimri’s reputation is based on a sound eco-
nomic foundation and financial strength. Since
2004, the company has been traded on the Tel
Aviv Stock Exchange, and the level of profitability
reported by the company has been one of the high-
est in Israel’s construction sector.
Advanced Technology
Y.H. Dimri implements projects using the most ad-
vanced technological methods and the company
has ISO 9002 certification. Combining innovative
construction methods with implementation pro-
cedures is the outcome of the company’s commit-
ment to the highest standards of construction.
Customer Service
Y.H. Dimri believes customer service is a supreme
value, and for this reason the customer relations
department personally supports the company’s
customers from the moment they purchase an
apartment, through to delivery, and including the
inspection and warranty period.
High Quality Projects
The company operates throughout the country and
is currently planning and building 46 projects in:
Netanya, Kiryat Gat, Rosh Ha’ayin, Yokneam, Je-
rusalem, Ashkelon, Beer Sheva, Netivot, Sderot,
Ashdod, Harish, Bnei Ayish, Ofakim, Hadera and
Modi’in. The company owns additional land for
construction of commercial buildings and hotels.
International Operations
Y.H. Dimri began its overseas operations in
2006, acquiring land in the Czech Republic for
the construction of about 150 housing units, and
in Romania for about 5,000 units, of which 95
housing units are already under construction.
Urban Renewal
In recent years the company expanded its ur-
ban renewal activities and is currently active in
many projects throughout the country, from the
Haifa to Beer Sheva, in different scopes and con-
struction stages. The company considers urban
renewal projects as a massive growth platform
with many future possibilities.
Projects in the Planning and Construction
Stages in Israel
As of 31.12.15, Y.H. Dimri owned land for the
construction of about 6,007 residential units,
of which about 1,595 were under construction
and 4,412 in planning stages. The company also
owns land being rezoned for building in Hadera,
and Beer Sheva for construction of 3,255 hous-
ing units, with 1,623 units as part of an urban
renewal “clear and build” plan, and other land
for building income-producing properties.

124 exclusive apartments in the
Karmim neighborhood, in high-risees and gar-
den apartments.
• Netanya:
320 exclusive, high-quality residen-
tial units in the Agamim development; A 330
luxury apartments in North Netanya.
• Netanya:
647 housing units on land in Ir Yamim
(of which 67 have been completed).
• Jerusalem:
60 residential units in an exclusive
residential are in the Mamila neighborhood (the
company has a 50% stake).
• Ashdod:
183 luxurious residential units in
the marina and the city quarter integrating
a commercial center, offices, and exclusive
apartments.
• Netivot:
236 units in projects combining apart-
ment buildings and houses.
• Ofakim:
110 units in Kiryat Menachem.
• Ofakim:
Land for the construction of 1,405
housing units (the company has a 50% stake).
• Kiryat Gat:
238 housing units.
• B’nei Ayish:
12 house and garden units.
•Harish:
456 units in high-rise buildings.
• Sderot:
210 units in high-rise buildings.
• Beer Sheva:
306 units in three projects around
the city in Neve Ilan, Ramot and Rager Boule-
vard, combining high-rises and houses.
• Beer Sheva:
2,300 units (the company has a
50% stake) in the Kiryat Ganim neighborhood
in the city center.
• Beer Sheva:
A Cinema City commercial

• Beer Sheva:
The company is promoting plan-
ning procedures for the approval and rezoning
on 480 units on Haorgim St.
• Ashkelon:
914 units in six different projects.
• Hadera:
Land in the process of rezoning ap-
proval for the construction of about 2,775 hous-
