azit-Globe (NYSE/TSX/TASE: GZT) is

one of the world’s leading multina-

tional real estate companies engaged

prominently in the acquisition, development

and management of supermarket anchored

shopping centers in urban growth markets. The

company also operates in the medical office

buildings sector in North America.

Gazit-Globe’s primary objective is the creation

of value through long-term maximization of

cash flow and capital appreciation from its

growing real estate portfolio.

The Company’s shares are traded on the Tel

Aviv Stock Exchange as a part of the TA-25 and

the TA-Real-Estate 15 indices. The Company

is also listed on the New York Stock Exchange

(NYSE) and on the Toronto Stock Exchange

(TSX).

As of December 31, 2015 Gazit-Globe’s owns

and manages 451 properties with a gross leas-

able area of about 6.6 million m2, in over 20

countries worldwide with a total asset value of

approximately NIS 80.2 billion and a gross an-

nualized income of about NIS 6.6 billion.

The Company has a declared quarterly dividend

policy since 1999. Since the second quarter of

2016, the declared quarterly dividend will be

at least NIS 0.35 per share (NIS 1.51 per share

annually in 2016).

United States

Equity One

is listed on the New York Stock

Exchange (NYSE: EQY). Equity One is a fully

integrated real estate investment trust (REIT)

specializing in the acquisition, development

and management of quality retail properties

in growth areas in the Southeast US, mainly

Florida, as well as in Boston, Massachusetts,

New York and California.

Canada

First Capital Realty

is listed on the Toronto

Stock Exchange (TSX: FCR). FCR is Canada’s

leading owner, developer and operator of su-

permarkets anchored in shopping centers in

growing metropolitan areas.

Europe

Citycon

through which the company operates in

Northern Europe is listed on the Helsinki Stock

Exchange (OMX: CTY). The company operates in

Finland, Sweden and Norway as well as Estonia

and Denmark.

Atrium European Real Estate

is listed on the

Euronext, Amsterdam as well as on the Vienna

Stock Exchange (VSX/Euronext: ATR) and is in-

corporated on the island of Jersey. The company

operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic,

Russia and Slovakia.

Gazit Germany

operates in Germany in the

shopping centers sector.

Israel

Gazit-Globe Israel (Development)

is engaged

in the acquisition, development, and manage-

ment of shopping centers in Israel.

Brazil

Gazit Brazil

, a fully owned subsidiary is an

owner, developer and operator of shopping

centers in Brazil.
