is a privately owned familymanaged com-
pany, leaders in the Sharon Area, engaged
in the promotion, development and construction of
residential and office projects. The company pro-
vides construction solutions, combining innovative
technologies, conventional and proven architec-
tural designs andmarket leading one-stop services,
all working to create a harmonic and comfortable
living environment. Thanks to its business acumen,
Yanuv enjoys strong financial stability, enabling it to
expand into areas with great potential in the Sha-
ron Area, and to develop high quality projects. The
company incorporates professional consultants,
themajority of whomhave worked with Yanuv over
the years, and who accompany the projects from its
early planning stages through its completion.
About the Company
The company was founded by Baruch Lenchner 30
years ago and is now managed jointly by Baruch
and his son, Sagi, as joint CEOs. Baruch’s daugh-
ter Hila Lenchner serves as CFO.
Over the years, Yanuv has built over 2,000 hous-
ing units in Ra’anana, Kfar Saba, Even Yehuda,
Ramat Hasharon and Hod Hasharon, in residential
projects consisting of luxurious towers and exclu-
sive private building compounds. Yanuv employs
top-tier subcontractors, and incorporates high
quality materials and fixtures from top industry
suppliers. One of Yanuv’s greatest strengths is that
the design and construction teams have worked
together for many years and are familiar with the
approach and high standards employed by the
company. The company operates in full compli-
ance with the global quality control standard ISO
9001. Since its establishment, the company suc-
cessfully combinesmeticulous design and uncom-
promising construction quality, and has been the
recipient of the “Most Beautiful Building” award
in various projects.

Urban Renewal
As part of the national trend aspiring to optimize
existing urban residential centers, the company
provides urban renewal services in the Sharon
Region, in accordance with Tama 38, the National
Urban Renewal Plan. The company, in conjunc-
tion with the homeowners association, organizes
the tenants’ request, provides legal services and
assembles the professional design team neces-
sary to address the complex requirements which
include demolition, strengthening and construc-
tion. The final result is an improved residential
experience with elevators, parking lot, protected
living space, enhanced residential areas and
modernization of all internal utility systems.
Green Construction
Recognizing the inseparable connection be-
tween men and environment as a global trend,
the company provides construction solutions by
environment friendly building techniques, in ac-
cordance with green building standards. These
projects combine green building consultants, en-
ergy supporting elements, advanced insulation
systems in strict standards, requiring less energy
consumption while reducing air pollution.
Present Projects
Y Vision, Hod Hasharon - Twin 15 floor luxurious
towers located in the growing 1203 compound
near public institutes, the city center, easy access
to main transportation arteries and Sokolov train
station. The towers include 102 housing units, of-
fering 4 & 5 roomunits, mini penthouses, duplexes
and penthouses.
Hadar Towers, Hod Hasharon - Twin 18 story towers,
including 120 housing units offering 4 & 5 room
apartments, mini-penthouses & penthouses. The
towers are located at the Western pastoral area.
2 HarishonimSt., Hod Hasharon - A 12 floors resi-
dential tower in the Lev Ramataim, near the city’s
southern road. offering 4 & 5 roomunits, duplexes
and penthouses.
Hashahar and Noga St. Hod Hasharon - Two story
luxury buildings, offering 4 & 5 room units, du-
plexes and penthouses. Located in the attractive
pastoral western side, near commercial and leisure
centers, educational institutes, the municipal li-
brary, etc.
The Green Neighborhood, Kfar Saba - The flag
project of Yanuv, integrating green construction
techniques. The project is ongoing and 6 of the
buildings, comprising of 91 units of 4 and 5 rooms,
penthouses and lofts have been occupied.
Yanuv Trio, Kfar Saba – 3 fully occupied buildings,
in a central quiet street near public and educa-
tional institutions, ArimShoppingMall, and leisure
and cultural centers. The project consists of 78
units of 4 & 5 rooms and pent-duplexes.
Planned Projects
Jabotinsky Compound, Ra’anana - In the framework
of the National Urban Renewal Plan, demolition
and rebuilding. The project will include 100 new
housing units, underground parking, and modern
amenities, replacing 36 outdated units.
Bar-Ilan and Tel-Hai Streets in Ra’anana - 3 build-
ings to be reinforced in the framework of the Na-
tional Urban Renewal Plan.
Sokolov, Anne Frank, Rotschild and Hagra Streets,
Kfar Saba - Future projects in the framework of the
National Urban Renewal Plan, involving demolition,
rebuilding and reinforcement.
Contribution to the Community
Yanuv considers the relationship with the com-
munity an important and significant element
and invests capital and human resources in the
promotion of community services. For example,
the company renovated the children’s Emergency
Room at Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, the Chen Club
for the mentally ill community in Hod Hasharon
and “Moadonchik” in Hod Hasharon for children
of cancer patient parents.
