Avisror Moshe & Sons Ltd., founded in
1978, is a privately owned project devel-
opment, management and construction
company in the residential, sheltered housing, in-
dustrial, commercial and office building sectors.
The company has built tens of thousands of hous-
ing throughout Israel - in Eilat, Azor, Ashdod, Ash-
kelon, Beer-Sheva, Beit Shemesh, Gedera, Yavne,
Jerusalem, Modi’in, Rosh Ha’ayin, Rehovot, Sho-
ham and elsewhere. The company has unlimited
classification (C-5), and is a contractor registered
for government works, infrastructure, and develop-
ment works, using technologies among Israel’s
most advanced, meeting the Israel Standards
Institute ISO 9002 standards, and guaranteeing
quality control in planning and an uncompromis-
ing standard of finish. The company’s employees,
managers and engineers are among Israel’s best
and most professional. The company’s offices are
in Avisror House, in downtown Beer-Sheva.

The company was founded by Mr. Moshe Avisror,
who’s professional and business activities and
contribution to the community as a donor and
patron have been widely recognized. Through
intensive, professional work, he has successfully
led the Company and realized its vision so that
today it enjoys an excellent reputation and trust
from homebuyers.
Mr. Moshe Avisror not only led the company with
success, for 20 years he also served as head
of the Beer-sheva and Negev Contractors and
Builders Association, and as chair of a social non-
profit charity working for patients undergoing
rehabilitation, and the underprivileged.
Mr. Moshe Avisror has also been awarded the
Distinguished Citizen of Beer-Sheva title, and
serves asmember of the Israel Builders Association
directorate. Mr. Moshe Avisror’s sons continue in
their father’s footsteps.
His oldest son, Mr. Eli Avisror, is Avisror Moshe &
Sons CEO and is serving a second term as chair
of the Beer- heva and Negev Contractors and
Builders Association. His sonsMr. Yitzhak (Jackie)
Avisror and Mr. Yoram Avisror are Deputy CEO and
VP Marketing respectively. Avisror Moshe & Sons’
reputation has been built through the development
and construction of exclusive projects, stressing
