Africa Israel by the international businessman
Lev Leviev (Chairman) and becoming a public
company in 2006, Africa Israel Residences has
been the leading Israeli residential construction

of life in Israel and has been committed to pro-
vide to homeowners surroundings that ensure
personal security, peace of mind and a secure
and worthwhile purchase. The Company’s op-
erations focus on initiation and construction
of residential projects covering all stages from
buying the land through planning, construction,
public landscaping, project marketing, sales and
commissioning.
Over the years the Company has succeeded in
combining a prudent management and sound
financial planning with a vast and high-quality
project portfolio. Therefore, about 25 percent of
Africa Israel Residences customers are recurring
customers, which is considered unusual on the
residential real estate market.
The “Savyonim” Brand
The “Savyonim” brand is based on the Compa-
ny’s efforts to build modern community neigh-
borhoods designed to provide their residents
the highest quality of life, security and peace of
mind - not another isolated building, but rather
neighborhoods with wide public spaces allowing
community services within walking distance, a
quality population and a spacious and safe parks
for children to play. Africa Israel’s “Savyonim”
neighborhoods are synonymous with quality of
life for tenants and quality construction of the
highest and most precise standards paying at-
tention to every detail. The “Savyonim ” brand
is identified with a commitment to the highest
quality of the product, implementation and cus-
tomer service. The Company will continue work-
ing tirelessly to allow customers to enjoy peace
of mind for many years.
Current and Future Projects
Africa Israel Residences Ltd. has several proj-
ects in the design and construction stages, in the
scope of about 3,700 residential units, through
out the country (including joint ventures), out of
which it is currently building and marketing over
1,900 units. During the past year, the company
focused on diversifying its properties alongside
entering highly demanded areas such as Harish,
Kfar Yona and Modi’in. Recent projects include
Savione Nof Hadera, Savyoney Hasharon in Kfar
Yona, Savyon Baagam in Netanya, HaSavyonim
Ave. in Modi’in, Savyone Arnona Boutique in
Jerusalem and more. While establishing the
“Savyonim” brand and according to the market
trends, the company is expanding its products
base by locating new niches for development
and investment, such as long-term-rental hous-
ing through a project at Glil Yam neighborhood
in Hertzliya, currently in itsmarketing stages. For
this purpose the company is working through its
subsidiary “Africa urban renewal”, “Savyoney
Ha-Ir”- its urban renewal brand and the “Luxury
Collection” a brand consolidating themost luxu-
rious projects of the company, among them 3
remarkable projects at the heart of Jerusalem:

View. According to its business strategy, the com-
pany constantly works on identification of new
lands to build new neighborhoods and expand
its operations and will keep doing so in the fol-
lowing years.
Africa urban renewal
The company fully owns Africa urban renewal
company, which specializes in promoting TAMA
38 projects involving demolition and rebuild-
ing/partial sale while maximizing the existing
building rights including rights under TAMA 38
and its amendments. The Company Currently
has 17 signed projects underway, consisting
of about 570 units, of which about 350 units
are being marketed. The projects include: 116
Herut and Rokach in Ramat Gan, 29 Gordon St.,
in Givatayim and more. Some of these projects
are marketed through “Savyoney Ha-Ir” brand.
In order to improve its efficiency and ease its
customers’ experience, the company has cre-
ated the Urban Renewal Sales Center in Ramat
Gan, combining dozens of the company’s urban
renewal projects.
