About the Company

Dunietz Bros was established in 1963 by the late

Arie and Yonatan (Yanek) Dunietz. Later on, their

brother, the late Abraham (Adam), joined the

management team. The company began its ac-

tivities in Kfar Saba and Bat Yam, and expanded

to Rishon Lezion, Ra’anana, Netanya, Ramat Aviv,

Petah Tikva, Holon, Nes Ziona, Rehovot, Ashdod

and more. In 1993 the company began trading

on the stock exchange and in 1994 the present

CEO, Nissim Ahiezra, joined the company, and

managed to bring the company to new, impres-

sive peaks of activity, while maintaining values of

professionalism and excellence, warm personal

service, reliability and integrity. The company is

traded on TASE, operates according to regula-

tions, with full transparency in reports and in

publications.

Since its establishment, Dunietz has contributed

promote culture and sports in the various Israeli

cities, donating to enterprises and associations

Dunietz in Neve Gan, Petah Tikva –

3 residen-

tial towers planned to the last detail, including

plan, Dunietz is contributing to the transforma-

tion of an old neighborhood (Sela) into contem-

porary, quality homes. Spreading over 13 acres in

eastern Rishon Lezion, Dunietz is building 1,387

units in 14 luxurious residential towers, including

3-5 rooms’ apartments, mini-penthouses and

penthouses with large balconies in 25 and 30-

floor towers, each with a deluxe lobby, public

spaces and underground parking. The first build-

ings are being occupied and the construction

continues.
