T

he Minrav Group is one of the leading

real estate developers and construction

contractors in Israel. The Group executes

construction works in real estate and infrastruc-

ture projects in development projects in Israel and

abroad, for residential construction, concessions

(B.O.T/P.F.I), manages and leases income-producing

properties. Minrav’s growth can be credited to its

engineering excellence, to its ability to provide com-

prehensive solutions for multidisciplinary projects,

and for abiding by the strictest international stan-

dards. Minrav preforms several of themost complex

national projects in Israel, including the IDF ‘sTrain-

ing Base complex, Ben Gurion Airport 2000, the

tunnels for the high-speed railway to Jerusalemand

a seawater desalination facility in Ashdod. Since

1983, Minrav Holdings Ltd. has been traded on the

Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

company works with global partners to combine

Clients

Minrav provides its client base with comprehensive

solutions that combine multidisciplinary entrepre-

neurship and financing, planning and implementa-

tion, asset management and manufacturing and

supplying materials through its own factories for

steel construction and prefabricated concrete ele-

ments. Each element is supported by the reputation

of the Minrav Group and its financial strength. The

experience that the Minrav Group has accumulat-

ed throughout its decades of activity has made it

the chosen engineering company for government

agencies and companies of all sectors. Leading

customers include the Ministry of Defense, the

Ministry of Finance, the Israel Airports Authority,

Israel Railways, the Mekorot Water Company, local

municipalities, and international companies such

as Intel, Alstom, and more.

Fields of Activity

EngineeringandConstruction–

theGroupperforms

complex and large-scale contracting projects for the

public, business, and private sectors. Among the

projects that the group is currently executing:

• IDF’s new training city (“IDFTraining Base City”) in

the Negev, totaling more than NIS 6 billion;

• A seawater desalination facility in Ashdod for

Mekorot (a facility for desalination of 100 million

cubic meters), totaling to NIS 1.5 billion;

• Extension E (“the Fourth Concourse”) and the

eastern taxiways, aprons and parking stands at

Ben Gurion Airport;

• The new Israel Railways office complex in Lod.

Among the primary projects that the company has

executed throughout its years of operation:

• Ben Gurion Airport 2000 – airport terminal,

bridge, and parking facilities;

• About seven and a half kilometers of tunneling

for the high-speed railway to Jerusalem;

• The Government Campuses in Tel Aviv and Je-

rusalem with an area of above 110,000 square

meters;

• Privately owned prison in Be’er-Sheva;

• Civil engineering and steel construction projects

for Alstom as part of establishing the Dalia Energy

PowerStation;

• The pair of longest railway bridges in Israel (1.2

kilometers) on the Tel-Aviv-Jerusalem line;

• Yad Vashem– the lobby, school, archive, memo-

rial site and museum compound.

Minrav engaged in multiple partnerships with

foreign companies from Spain, Italy and Russia,

providing unique expertise and experience that

is not available in Israel. Minrav owns one of the

most advanced steel factories in Israel for produc-

ing steel constructions for super structure projects.

Additionally, the company owns a factory for the

production and assembly of industrialized concrete

elements for residential and public-use buildings.

The Group’s factories have advanced equipment

and computerized systems for planning and con-

trol. Each production processmeets themost strin-

gent quality tests, including those of theStandards

Institution of Israel and ISO 9002.

Residential Construction –

the Group develops resi-

dential neighborhoods from the Urban Building Plan

designphase untilcompletion anddelivery.Since its

inception, the company has completed thousands

of residential units in Israel and abroad. Projects

under construction include above 1,400 residential

units in various prominent cities throughout Israel.

In addition, the company is active in several ad-

vanced evacuation and construction projects.

Income-Producing Properties –

the Group leases

and manages wholly owned income-producing

properties under the BOT method, including the

Science and Technology Park in Ashdod (35,000

sq.m.), the “Minrav Center” commercial, indus-

trial and refrigeration center (40,000 sq.m.), the

“Ambin” compound in Ashkelon and the construc-

tion and operation of the biotechnology park at the

Hadassah Ein KeremHospital in Jerusalem (15,000

sq.m.). Recently, the company has also partnered

in a number of real estate properties and ventures

in the United States.

Concessions Under the B.O.T Method –

The Group

is a pioneer in the field of concessions in Israel. The

Group established and operated the wastewater

treatment plant in Netanya, which was returned to

themunicipality at the end of the concession period

after 15 years of successful operation. The Group

has also initiated, built, and continues to operate

wastewater treatment plants in Be’er Sheva and at

the Ben Gurion Airport. In addition, the Groupwas a

partner in the establishment of the first private pris-

on in Israel, whichwas turned over to statemanage-

ment through the Prison Service after construction

was completed.The Group is the largest shareholder

in the concessionaire, as well as the EPC and O&M

contractors under the concession agreement for

the design, finance, construction, operation and

maintenance of the “IDFTraining Base City” project

for a period of 25 years. The IDF Training Base

City complex, presently being transferred to its

operation phase, is the largest infrastructure

project of the Ministry of Defense.
