340 housing units in the future Sedot Rachel area
on the Arnona slopes. The project offers spacious

“Shdera Towers Holon” is an 80 unit project built
in the city’s promising municipal complex – next
toMeditech, theMuseumof Design and Children’s
Museum – offering perfect urban planning and a
quality residential experience including a tenants
club, ecological planning for the entire building
and spacious balconies in each unit.
“Top HaSharon 2” is a continuation of the “Top
HaSharon 1” project. The project offers a perfect
location in Hod HaSharon, quality surroundings
and superbly designed apartments.
”VISTA Netanya” is being built on Netanya’s sea-
front – 106 apartments in a particularly luxurious
residential tower designed with an elegant style
and promising an exclusive residential experience.
“Rehovot HaMada” (“Rehovot of Science”) is be-
ing built in Rehovot – 127 residential units in two
buildings in the highest quality neighborhood of
the town, offering wide-open green surroundings
and proximity to The Weizmann Institute, the best
schools in the city and vibrant cultural and recre-
ation centers.
In November 2o15, the company launched B Center
commercial center in the northern part of the Kfar
Saba HaYaroka neighborhood, the complex covers
21,000-sq.m. of buildings including 8,000-sq.m.
of commercial buildings. The center’s concept is
a “lifestyle” complex which provides the special
needs of the neighborhood’s residents and its
friendly size offers a selection and range while at
the same time a feeling of intimacy. The company
is currently working hard on an urban renewal
project in Kiryat Ono encompassing 930 units
and commercial property with 9 new buildings
being constructed. The plan, which won the rec-
ommendation of the Kiryat Ono local committee,
was recently submitted for approval to the District
Planning and Building Committee. The company
expects the plan to be approved by the end of 2016
and the project to begin in 2017.
