As a contractor, Zemach Hammerman Ltd. serves
some of the largest companies and public bodies
in Israel, utilizing the most advanced building
techniques for the most sophisticated projects.
Established in 1997, Zemach Hammerman Ltd.
is made up of two companies that have over 50
years of experience in Israel’s construction and
real estate sector.
The Group has the highest unlimited classifica-
tion in various civil engineering fields. The com-
pany is certified by the Standards (clearance *)
and is an approved Ministry Defense contractor.
The company has ISO 9002 certification, attest-
ing to its commitments to all parties associated
with its activities: customers, tenants, partners,
bankers, suppliers, sub-contractors, planners,
inspectors, workers and others.
Special emphasis is placed on high-quality
construction, meeting timetables, budget con-
straints, ensuring strict payment ethics, and
proper and fair labor relations.
The company pioneers state-of-the-art building
methods, prefabrication, computerization and
control technologies in the construction sector.
The company counts Israel’s leading and most
financially sound entities among its customers.
The company forms partnerships with other lead-
ing companies in the sector to disperse risks.
Zemach Hammerman Ltd. has a highly experi-
enced staff of about 424 personnel and overseas
employees and local workers. Since 1997, the
company has initiated, built and populated 76
projects that include 5,105 apartments and ap-
proximately 327,000 sq.m. of commercial and
office space in dozens of projects around Israel,
worth more than NIS 2.4 billion.

Ramat Gan; 163 apartments in Neve Tsedek, 154
apartments in Betzalel Tel Aviv; 120 apartments
in Zur Yitzhak; 79 apartments in Karmiel; 152
apartments in Alphei Menashe; 340 apartment
in Beit Shemesh; 461 apartments in Ganei Tikva
and 745 apartments in Achziv Naharia.
Building as a Contractor
Projects which Zemach Hammerman Ltd.
is building for third parties as a contractor are
mostly implemented by its subsidiary Sivan Con-
struction, which is owned in equal shares by Zem-
ach Hammerman Ltd. and Sivan Berkovitch who
serves as CEO of the subsidiary.

currently involved as contractor include: 353
apartments in Hod Hasharon; 215 residential
units in Ir Yamim, 165 residential units in Bat
Yam, 355 residential units in Tel-Aviv and 297
units in Herzliya.

About 14,000 sq.m. in Beit Shemesh; about
2,200 sq.m. in Tel Aviv; about 8,800 sq.m. in
Ganei Tikva.
