heMeshulam Levinstein Contracting and
Engineering Group was established in
1964 and is one of the leading con-
struction and real estate groups in Israel. The
company’s activities include initiation, construc-
tion and development of residential projects,
urban renewal, office buildings, commerce and
industry buildings, construction and rental of
long-termassets (yielding assets) and real estate
management. As of Dec. 31, 2015, the group had
a NIS 1,994 m. balance sheet and NIS 678 m. in
consolidated capital. The group expects annual
rental income in 2016 of over NIS 80 m. in ad-
dition to income from residential construction
projects and contracting works.
The company’s founder, the late Meshulam
Levinstein, passed away in 2009. His son, the
civil engineer Shaul Lotan, is the company’s
CEO.
Since 1982 the company’s shares are traded on
the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Among its custom-
ers are banks, public organizations and some of
the leading companies in Israel.

The Me-
shulam Levinstein Group, that has been op-
erating for over 70 years, enjoys management
stability and financial strength. The group gained
excellent reputation thanks to its commitment
to quality and meeting the highest standards at
agreed timetables. The groupmanages activities
and supervises all projects through its engineer-
ing and technical department, employing engi-
neers, supervisors and expert project managers,
who professionally accompany each project. The
group hires dozens of subcontractors and sup-
pliers. During its various operation decades, the
group built many of the most known ventures in
Israel, including leading office towers, residen-
tial neighborhoods, infrastructure, public and
governmental projects, medical centers, cultural
centers for municipalities, hotels and others.
Among the customers are large banks, insurance
companies, Hi-Tech companies, industrial corpo-
rations, leading law and CPA offices in Israel and
of course thousands of households.
Levinstein Properties
The group’ssubsidiary Levinstein Properties Ltd.
is traded on the Stock Exchange. The company
deals with income properties development,
establishment and rental. The rent from these
properties constitutes a strong financial basis,
creating an on goingcash-flow.
The Group’s Areas of Activity
Income Yielding Properties
• Levinstein Tower - Tel Aviv –
A 33 floors tower,
on 60,000 sq.m. The floors owned by Levinstein
on the building are rented to Bank Hapoalim,
hi-tech companies, leading law and CPA firms
and more.
• Discount Levinstein Tower -
Tel Aviv – A 31
floors tower, on 40,000 sq.m,. half of which is
leased to Discount Bank’s management. The re-
mainder is rented to embassies, Weksler Breg-
man law firm and more.
• Ironsource House –
LilenblumSt., Tel Aviv: A 5
floors boutique building of offices and parking
lots, on 5,000 sq.m., wholly occupied by the
company Ironsource.
• Yokneam Hi-Tech Park at Hatishbi-Yokneam
Junction –
A 26,000 sq.m. building, where
the company owns about 50%, in it, among
others, are the main offices of Biosense from
Johnson & Johnson Group, Mellanox and C.A.M.
Electronics.
• Africa Israel house at Hahoresh St. Yehud –
A 5 floors building, 60% owned by Levinstein,
including the main offices of Africa Israel.
• Modi’in –
The company owns about 50% of
“Atrium” project, on 8.000 sq.m., The project is
located at the heart of Modi’in’s new and devel-
oping industrial zone, fully rented.
• Commercial Projects
such as Asaf Center and
others countrywide.
Residential Projects
The Group develops and constructs hundreds of
new housing units at residential projects coun-
trywide annually inModi’in, Shoham, Holon, Kfar
Yona, Yokneam, Givatayim, Ganei Tikva, Kadima
Zoran, Yehud, Haifa, Jerusalem, Kiryat Bialik, Or
Akiva, Afula, etc.
The Mythological Central Station –
In mid-2015
the company acquired, in cooperation with
Shikun & Binui Tel Aviv’s Central Bus Station.
hundreds of thousands of sq.m., for residence,
commerce and offices will be built on the com-
pound, presently at planning stages. The munici-
pality plans to design the compound around a
big square including cultural institutions.

gineering faculty Rabin Building in Haifa, the Me-
diatech – library and community center for arts
in Holon, nanotechnology building at Bar Ilan
University, parking building in Naharyia, etc.
Urban Renewal
Levinstein has a vast urban renewal activity,
implementing National Outline Plan 38 from
examinations and planning to performance,
management and the finishing stages including
specific appraisal for each building, engineer-
ing and architectural planning, promoting and
quickly obtaining building permits, building re-
inforcements and additions at the highest level,
all fully financed by the company free of charge
for the residents.
