1998 by Ruth DayanWolfner and has grown rapidly

family law and effective results won in the various
courts or through mediation. The Firm has exten-
sive experience in handling themost complex and
emotionally painful family law cases, including
appearing before the Family Matters Courts, Rab-
binical Courts and other Israeli courts. Our firm

in divorce cases, contesting wills, challenging in-
heritance, providing legal documents of all kinds,
mediating, drawing up legal agreements, taking
statements and investigating witnesses.
Eminent Lawyers
Ruth Dayan, Lawyer and Notary Public, Managing
Partner, a LL.B. graduate with honors of Tel Aviv
University’s Faculty of Law and has a B.A. in Crimi-
nology, Sociology and Anthropology fromBar-Ilan
University. Member of the Israel Bar since 1997 has
accumulated extensive experience in represent-
ing hundreds of clients seeking a divorce and the
settlement of other family disputes in the Family
Courts, Rabbinical Courts and other courts where
family matters are heard. Ruth Dayan is co-author
of the bookThe Israeli Guide to Divorce, which was
published in 2003. In addition, she is the founder
of the Getup and the Lareshet websites; both are
among the leading websites in the field of fam-
ily law. In 2014 Ruth Dayan launched a divorce
application for smartphones, the first of its kind
in Israel.
Vered RussMaroz, Lawyer and Notary Public, Asso-
ciate, LL.B. graduate, has a B.A. in Communication
Disorder from Tel Aviv University. Member of the
Israel Bar since 1997, joined the firm in 2000.
Liat Zach, Associate, LL.B. graduate from Netanya
College and a LL.M. graduate with honors from
Bar Ilan University. Member of the Israel Bar since
2003, joined the firm in 2007.
Inbal Segman Dekel, Associate, LL.B. graduate.
Member of the Israel Bar since 2006, joined the
firm in 2015.
Tali Sivan Lahav - Associate, LL.B. graduate from
Tel Aviv University. Member of the Israel Bar since
2005 and joined the firm in 2016.
Rachel Even, Associate, LL.B. graduate, has a B.A.
in Political Science from the Interdisciplinary Cen-
ter. Member of the Israel Bar since 2010, joined
the firm in 2014.
Nitzan Yariv, Associate, LL.B. graduate, has a B.A.
in Business Administration. Member of the Israel
Bar since 2012, joined the firm in 2013.
Lital Cooper, Associate, LL.B. graduate, has a B.A.
in Business Administration from the Interdisciplin-
ary Center. Member of the Israel Bar since 2014,
joined the firm in 2014.
Sylvie Chotoveli, Associate, LL.B. graduate, has a
B.A. in Business Administration from the Interdis-
ciplinary Center. Member of the Israel Bar since

Areas of Specialization
Family Law: The firm specializes in all aspects of
family law with an emphasis on excellence and a
profound knowledge of all related rulings and leg-
islation. The Firmhas expertise inmanaging proce-
dures in the Family Matters Courts including:
Division of Property: This specialization includes
an equitable balance of resources, liquidating part-
nerships in assets and family companies, protect-
ing rights and locating concealed assets.
Support Claims: The firmhas extensive experience
in claims for alimony and support for women and
children, including claims for decreasing or increas-
ing payments, verifying amounts of salary and in-
come, and standard of living.
Child Custody: The Firm handles custody arrange-
ments including claims for joint custody, changes
in custody arrangements, protecting the rights of
children regarding their relations to both parents
and the extended family, and claims relating to
abduction of children.
Abduction of Children: The firm handles legal
procedures, as dictated by The Hague Conven-
tion, concerning the abduction of children to and
from Israel.
Rabbinical Courts: The Firm is highly experienced
in appearing before the Rabbinical Courts including
an understanding of relevant Hebrew Law andmat-
ters related to receiving a Jewish divorce (“get”),
obtaining alimony and child support payments,
and the division of property according to Jewish
Law (“Halacha”).
Drawing up Financial and Divorce Agreements in-
cluding Mediation: Until reaching an agreement
that is acceptable for both parties, the firm has
special expertise in carrying out short and effective
mediation procedures.
Wills and Inheritances: The firm’s expertise in-
cludes drawing up wills, contesting wills, draw-
ing up requests for inheritance court orders, and
submitting claims on various issues relating to
bequests, acting as executors of inheritances and
other issues concerning this field.
Common LawMarriage: Claims and protecting the
rights of couples who are not formally married but
are “publicly known” as cohabiting. These claims
include property claims, inheritance rights, support
payments, and recognition by various institutions
and organizations.
