a notary and mediator, qualified by the American
method, collaborative divorce mediation, by the
Association for Family Treatment.
Adv. Dror-Harel also acts as senior litigator in
courts and rabbinical tribunals, including repre-
sentation of minors at courts as legal guardian.
Adv. Dror Harel has volunteered over the years
to promote rights in the area of family laws
in the Israeli Parliament committees and was
also a member at the Israel Bar Association’s
committees.
In the past Adv. Dror-Harel managed the “Di-
vorce with Dignity” clinic at the Onu Academic
Center.
Adv. Dror-Harel lectures on all the aspects of
career assets and goodwill and the core issues
in family law including lectures on proper legal
writing at Bar Ilan University and full lecturer at
Adif College to train pension agents on pension
rights and inheritance law.
Adv. Dror-Harel graduated cum laude in law,
specializing in business administration at Haifa
University and obtained an L.L.M cum laude from
Tel Aviv University.
