with Hava Klein & Co. Law Office, which was
established by Hava Klein to render parents and

multidisciplinary, emotional, and economic
consultancy, correct tax planning, emotional
support from psychologists and parental coun-
selors, and parenting coordinators. IBC provides

Adv. Hava Klein
Adv. Hava Klein – the firm’s founder is the
founder of the Institute for the Benefit of the
Child and serves as Chair of the Israel Bar As-
sociation’s Children’s Rights Committee, and
Deputy Head of the Israel Bar Association, Tel
Aviv District. Adv. Hava Klein is a director, ar-
bitrator and mediator. She argues in complex
family disputes, in various courts, is active and
also advises on children’s and parent’s rights
both in divorce proceedings and before the vari-
ous bodies that influence children’s rights in
Israel and abroad. Adv. Hava Klein has major
experience in representation before the various
authorities and providing smart personal and
business legal solutions.
Adv. Hava Klein has an LL.B. and LL.M. from
Northwestern University, Chicago in Public and
International Laws. She has worked in public
service including as a legal advisor to district
and family court judges in Tel Aviv. She subse-
quently founded the firm and advises clients
creatively and courageously, striving for the best
results by using sharp thinking, common sense,
courage and extensive legal expertise. As a sec-
ond generation lawyer, she has written the book
“Untying the Agunot” which deals with the life
and work of her father Rabbi Shlomo Klein, who
served as a rabbinical judge and manager of the
rabbinical court and for many years worked to
release agunot (abandoned wives) worldwide.
