Labor Law:

proceedings, including hearing proceedings and

tive procedures, including labor disputes and

Sports Law:

The firm provides various services in this field,

• Representation of sports clubs, organizations

and athletes.

• Regulating relations between associations and

sports unions/organizations.

• Regulating relations and exhausting rights

of clubs vis-à-vis local authorities and/or gov-

ernmental institutes and/or various financing

institutes.

• Regulating relations between sports associa-

tions and position holders and athletes (includ-

ing employment agreements and/or contractual

based connection, transfer and loan of players

and more), litigation and dispute resolution.

• Representation based on profound understand-

ings with the changes in legislation regarding

sports law and its ramifications on the budget-

ary aspects of all relevant “players” in the field

(clubs, associations, local authorities).

The sports law department is headed by Adv.

Tomer Hadas and Adv. Dalia Bushinsky, members

of the Law andSports Committee of the Israel Bar

Partners

Adv. Rafi Holin -

Founding partner, admitted in

1997. Holds an LL.B. degree from the University

of Sussex, England. Also Holds a M.A. in philoso-

phy from Tel Aviv University. Former attorney at

Holin-Mironi and Co., and later a partner at Holin

and Co. Adv.

Holin is a member of the Labor Law Association

and the Labor Law Committee;

Adv. Holin maintains expertise and vast expe-

rience representing leading companies and

organizations.

Adv. Holin serves as a member (employees’ rep-

resentative) of “The Financial Sanctions Appeal

Committee” of the Ministry of Economics.

Holin is a certified and experienced mediator,

highly experienced in labor disputes resolutions,

and has recently graduated the Oxford Program

on Negotiation.

Adv. Tomer Hadas -

Founding partner, admitted

in 1997. Holds a B.A., cum laude, in Political Sci-

ence as well as an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Former intern and attorney at Haim Berenzon

and Co., later headed the labor law department

at Natovitz-Halperin-Hadas and Co., and headed

Tomer Hadas and Co. law firm.

Adv. Hadas is amember of the Labor LawAssocia-

tion, amember of the Labor LawCommittee at the

Israel Bar, and a member of the Law and Sports

Committee of the Labor Law Association.

Adv. Hadas serves as a special supervisor on be-

half of the State of Israel / The Formal Receiver-

ship, to examine employees’ debt lawsuits during

dismantling procedures.

Adv. Hadas is highly experienced in legal con-

sultation and representation regarding labor law

disputes and proceedings, both collective and

personal, for leading companies and institutes,

as well as for groups of employees and senior

employees. In addition, Adv. Hadas is well versed

in legal consultation and representation regard-
