ing, and long-established law firm spe-
cializing in civil and commercial law. The
Firm, founded in 1991, offers consultation and legal
representation to commercial and private clients,
in sectors, such as Torts (with specialization in
medical malpractice suits), Administrative, Civil,
Commercial, Labor, Banking, Corporate, Tenders
and Real Estate Law. The Firm serves individuals,
privately and publicly held corporations, public
benefit companies, and other privately owned

About The Firm
The Firm has 30 lawyers and administrative staff,
and its offices are in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem. The
Firmhas handled prominent legal proceedings that
received considerable media coverage, including
representing the victims of theVersaillesHall disas-
ter, the Jerusalem light rail project, Begin Road, the
Chords Bridge, the Shazar project, complex class
actions, torts and medical malpractice cases and

Fields of Expertise
Torts and Insurance: the Firm’s legal teamhas han-
dled hundreds of complexclaims, for both plaintiffs
and defendants. Inter alia, the Firm has handled
the following claims - traffic accidents, professional
negligence, construction defects, environmental
pollution, etc. The Firm also represents clients at
National Insurance Institute (“NII) committees, in
appeals against NII rulings, the IDF Pensions Of-
ficer, etc. The department is headed by Adv. Asaf
Posner, a partner who has a prolific record of public
action in the field.
Medical Malpractice: The Firm’s medical malprac-
tice department has special skills in the field,
thanks to the ability to link the medical and legal
worlds, especially in adapting medical claims to
the legal field. The department has many years of
experience and valuable knowledge in success-
ful handling claims, including surgical injuries,
delays in diagnosing malignant diseases, inade-
quate medical care including medication, medical
negligence in the medical management of genetic
testing, pregnancy, childbirth, etc. The department
is headed by Adv. Asaf Posner, who brings a fer-
tile field of public activity as a lecturer, a member
of professional public committees and author of
groundbreaking articles.
Civil Litigation: Is a leading and pivotal field of
Firmactivities. The partners and attorneys regularly
represent clients before legal and administrative
tribunals, offering a combination of professional
knowledge and the proven ability to represent and
appear in the courts. The Firm’s litigation teamhas
extensive experience in managing complex cases,
representation in class actions and in cases with
precedential implications. The department is head-
ed by Adv. Yair Shilo, who has solid experience in
handling complex claims.
Labor Law: This department advises and represents
employers and employees in drafting employment
contracts, personal and collective negotiations, and
representations in courts and tribunals.The depart-
ment is headed by Adv. Daniel Peled, who is one of
the most prominent lawyers and litigators in Labor
Law along with vast experience as a permanent
legal counsel of leading Israeli organizations and
companies.
Banking and Finance: The department provides,
inter alia, legal advice for banks, in a wide range
of areas including corporate governance, banking
regulation, banking litigation, employment law, etc.
In addition, the department handles debt collec-
tions for banks, through the Execution Office and
complex receiverships. The department is headed
by Advocate HaimKimhi, who bringsmany years of
experience as legal advisor to corporations, public
and government companies. Adv. Kimhi has served
on the Boards of banks and as a member of the
plenum of the Israel Securities Authority.
Real Estate: The Firm offers a variety of servic-
es from handling classic sales transactions to
combination deals, National Outline Plan 38 is-
sues and financing real estate acquisitions. The
department is headed by Adv. Assaf Niv, who
brings extensive professional knowledge in proj-
ect financing, and has appeared in many legal
cases dealing with Real Estate law issues.
Corporate Law: The Firm counsels commercial cor-
porations and public benefit companies. The con-
sultancy services are provided to the corporation’s
employees at all levels and include ongoing advice,
contractual management, dealing with regulators,
proposals for tenders and representation in legal
proceedings. The department is headed by Adv.
Haim Kimhi and Adv. Yair Shilo, who both have ex-
perience and expertise asmembers of Boards and
as legal advisors.
Senior Partners
Haim Kimhi, Senior Partner and Managing Part-
ner – LL.B., The Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
licensed to practice lawsince 1967. Advocate Kimhi
manages the Firmand specializes in corporate and
banking law, as well as administrative and public
law. Adv. Kimhi heads the Firm’s Banking and Com-
mercial Law department.
Daniel Peled, Senior Partner – LL.B., The Hebrew
University of Jerusalem, licensed to practice law
since 1979. Advocate Peled’s particular expertise is
in Llabor and Corporate Law. Adv. Peled heads the
Firm’s Labor Law department and is a permanent
legal counsel for community centers in Israel as
well as for other entities. He also lectures in various
forums and serves as an examiner for the Israel Bar
Association’s bar exams.
Asaf Posner,Senior Partner –LL.B., Graduatedwith
Honors from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
licensed to practice law since 1984. Advocate Pos-
ner specializes in Civil, Property and Tort law. He
heads the Firm’s Torts and Insurance and Medical
Malpractice departments.
Yair Shilo, Senior Partner: LL.B., with honors from
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, licensed to
practice law since 1990. Advocate Shilo is a re-
cipient of the George Leikin Outstanding Student
Award. Adv. Shilo specializes in Litigation, Class
actions, Commercial and Corporate Law, and heads
the Firm’s Civil Litigation department.
