Adv. Mibi Moser, Founding Partner: LL.B., Hebrew
University of Jerusalem; LL.M., Tulane University,
NewOrleans, US; Diploma, International Academy
for Peace, Austria. He served as Executive Council
Chairman of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel
and was a Lecturer in Bar-Ilan University’s Media
Department. Since 2004, he has served as Chair-
man of the National Disciplinary Court, Israel Bar.
He was amember of the Israel Bar National Council
and is a public representative on the Helsinki Com-
mittee, Tel Hashomer. He specializes in Communi-
cations Law, serves as a consultant and represents
Israel’s main media organizations.
Adv. Tal Lieblich, Senior Partner: LL.B., Reading
University, UK. She is a member of the Israel Bar
since 1990. She serves as Chairman of the Israel
Bar National Libel Committee and is the Academic
Coordinator of the Israel Bar College in the libel
sector. Served as Lecturer at Sapir College (2008-
2012) in libel and slander and engaged in the firm’s
activities with Israel’s major media organizations,
as well as drafting marketing agreements for over-
seas companies, IP and more.
Adv. Tamir Gluck, Senior Partner: LL.B., Tel Aviv
University; LL.M., University of London, with spe-
cialization in commercial law. He is a member of
the Israel Bar since 1989. He engaged in the firm’s
main practice areas for the media with particular
specialization in IP issues, class actions and com-
mercial litigation, and served as a member of the
Israel Bar’s Inheritance Matters Committee.
Adv. PazMoser, Senior Partner: LL.B., Tel Aviv Uni-
versity. He is amember of the Israel Bar since 1990.
