resentation in various countries and supporting
litigation proceedings conducted overseas, by
foreign lawyers.
Litigation in Corporate Law and the Capital Mar-
ket Sector - Ze’ev Scharf & Co. also specializes
in corporate control disputes and struggles with
support and consultancy in business crises
and representing concerns and corporate of-
fice holders from various corporations. The firm
also specializes in handling derivative suits,
minority exploitation suits, and various other
proceedings regarding corporate law. As part
of this, and when necessary, Adv. Ze’ev Scharf
