Sabari Farkash & Co. Law Office is a bou-
tique firm, specializing in varied commer-
cial litigation, including representation
of clients in complex and multifaceted disputes,

The partners
Adv. Ophir Sabari - Has over 20 years of experience
in litigation, during which he built his reputation
as a leading lawyer in lawsuits against banks. Adv.
Sabari is considered one of the most esteemed
commercial litigators in Israel, in particular among
the lawyers community, whose seniors recommend
Adv. Sabari time and time again. Adv. Sabari grad-
uated from the Faculty of Law of Tel Aviv University,
interned at Dr. J. Weinroth & Co. Law office, and lat-
er on was an intern, lawyer and partner at Berkman-
Wechsler Law Office. In 1998 Adv. Sabari founded
his own firm, Sabari Yuval & Co., in which he oper-
ated until the establishment of Sabari Farkash &
Co. Adv. Sabari personally provides seniors in the
Israeli market with consultation services in all of
the legal issues related to their operations. Adv.
Sabari has vast experience and knowledge in all
the areas of commercial law, and he advises and
represents in the most difficult and complex cases
and disputes in the Israeli market, both behind the
scenes and before the court, with high success.
Adv. Sabari also acts as arbitrator and mediator in
complicated disputes between leading entities in
the Israeli market and acted in the past as director
in public and private companies in Israel.
Adv. Divon Farkash - Has an LL.B. and LL.M. (spe-
cializing in Commercial Law) both magna cum
laude from Tel Aviv University. During his studies
Adv. Farkash acted as an intern of the Judge Hila
Gerstel (Ret.), he was an editorial member of the
legal magazine “Law Review” published by the Tel
Aviv University and participated in the activity of
the criminal justice clinic, headed by Prof. Kenneth
Mann and Judge Itai Hermlin. Before joining Adv.
Sabari, Adv. Farkash worked for a couple of years
at the litigation department of Berkman, Wechsler
Bloom & Co. Law Offices, at first as an intern and
later on as a lawyer, handing complex and high
profile media cases. Adv. Farkash specializes in
commercial litigation, corporate law including
takeover disputes, dissolution of partnerships,
class actions and derivative suits, banking and
capital market, real estate, inheritance and es-
tates and is recognized in these areas for his pro-
fessional excellence. Adv. Farkash has a unique
expertise in the legal ethics field and he also rep-
resents the Israeli Bar Association in disciplinary
proceedings. He also lectures on civil law issues
in seminars held by the Israeli Bar Association.
