Served as a Partner at Danziger, Klagsbald &
Co. and then at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion
& Co. In 2010, he founded Klainman & Naor
Law Offices.
He was a party to creating many significant le-
gal precedents in the field of civil-commercial
litigation, in corporate law, antitrust and se-
curities law. He represents clients in complex
disputes in all courts and before commissions
of enquiry, the State Comptroller and criminal
proceedings. He has major experience in repre-
senting the most senior public figures including
prime ministers, ministers, Knesset Members,
judges, senior defense establishment figures,
and prominent Israeli companies and corpora-
tions, shareholders and office holders.
