As such Adv. Avi Himi serves as head of the
Israel Bar Association’s Central District, Lec-
tures in Criminal Law Arrangements at Netanya
Academic College, oral examiner in certification
exams of the Israel Bar Association, , and lec-
turer to lawyers, security personnel, and various
forums in institutions of higher learning.
In the past, Adv. Avi Himi has served as co-
chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s Na-
tional Criminal Forum, Chairman of the Interior
Ministry’s Advisory Committee on Refugee Af-
fairs, and as a member of Rosh Ha’ayin City
Council.
Pro Bono Activities
Values of social involvement are a main plank

pro-bono those involved in protest demonstra-

Adv. Avi Himi
Adv. Avi Himi has been licensed to practice as
a lawyer by the Israel Bar Association since
1990. He is a Tel Aviv University graduate and
prior to his studies served as an officer in the
Israel Defense Forces. During his studies, he
undertook his specialization at the office of Zvi
Lidasky where he served until his studies were
completed. Subsequently he specialized in
the Central District Attorney’s office and in the
Netanya Magistrates Court.
Adv. Moshe Weiss
Licensed to practice as a lawyer by the Israel
Bar Association since 2005 and a College of
Management graduate.
He served his specialization at the Rehovot
Magistrates Court and has since then been
employed at Avi Himi Law Office.
