tradition in the field. The firm special-
izes in providing legal consultancy and

Professional Family Tradition
The firm began in 1869 when it was founded
by Italian Jewish lawyer Riccardo Luzzatto to
specialize in IP.
Recent years have seen the fifth generation of
the Luzzatto family enter activities. Michal Luz-
zatto, a lawyer, from the fifth generation of the
family, coordinates the firm’s work.

Alongside its natural specialization in IP, high-

consultancy services in the civil-commercial law

Intellectual Property (IP) - The firm is engaged in
all legal aspects of IP including patents, trade-

tech sectors with routine consultancy including
participating in due diligence during acquisi-
tions of Israeli high-tech companies by firms
from abroad.
Litigation - The firm represents clients during le-
gal proceedings including complex proceedings

Cultivators - L&L’s lawyers and legal staff rep-
resent companies developing and cultivating
new species, in all matters regarding protection
and commercialization of plant breeders’ rights
in Israel as well as drawing up agreements for
licenses and permits to produce and market
agricultural products protected by cultivators’
