About the Firm
The firm was established in 2007 by Adv. Amir
Shpitzer and Adv. MoshikSimhayoff, both gradu-
ated from the leading law firm S. Horowitz & Co.
Throughout the years, the firm successfully

Among others, the firmhandled the legal struggle
of the holders of Club Hotel timeshare units and
won a precedent-setting ruling, and the case of
the Summayl Compound at the Tel Aviv Center, in

Adv. Simhayoff started as an intern at S. Horowitz
& Co. Law Firmand after working for several years
in as a lawyer in the firm’s transactions depart-
ment, he established Shiptzer-Simhayoff Law
Office as a founder partner and manager of the
transactions and corporate law department.
Adv. Amir Shpitzer
LL.B., Bar Ilan University.
Adv. Shpitzer started his career as a pre-intern at
Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court, in the bureau of the
Honorable Judge D. Mark-Horenczyk and later on
at the Supreme Court in Jerusalem, in the bureau
of the Honorable Judge E. Hayut.
Adv. Shpitzer was an intern and associate at S.
Horowitz & Co. law firm and afterwards he estab-
lished Shiptzer-Simhayoff Law Office as a founder
partner. Adv. Shpitzer manages the litigation de-
partment at the firm.
