Practice Areas

Real Estate, Development & Contracting:

The

firm represents clients in hundreds of real es-

tate deals and legal proceedings worth hun-

dreds of millions of shekels. The firm represents

landowners, developers, sellers, buyers, rent-

ers and leasers of commercial and residential

properties; real estate development and legal

support in development, construction and com-

bination deals, TAMA 38, urban renewal and

buyers groups, from buying land to planning

and construction, registering rights; managing

the financial aspects and contacts with banks

from negotiations through supporting receipt of

a loan; representation in tenders and construc-

tion orders; representation in receiverships;

handling parcelization procedures; represent-

ing clients before the ILA and more.

Commercial Law:

The firm is engaged in all as-

pects of commercial law and provides close

support to developers, private clients, Israel

and international companies. The firm is a focal

point for professional, informative and support-

ive meetings for investors and developers. The

firm has advised and supported many clients

in a range of areas including representation in

commercial agreements on developments and

JVs, representing industrial companies on sup-

ply agreements, subcontractors, representation

in agency, franchise and distribution agree-

ments, tenders, handling founding companies

and partnerships, drafting founders, partners

and shareholders agreements, voting and man-

agement agreements, routine legal advice to

companies including labor law; financing sup-

port and acquiring operations including repre-

senting companies to investors or investors to

companies, handling investment agreements

(including overseas investors), due diligence,

legal representation in the media and produc-

tion sectors etc.

Litigation with Class Action Specialty:

The firm

specializes in commercial-civil litigation and

has experience and skill in appearing before

civil courts, arbitration, labor courts and more.

Among other things the firm conducts litigation

cases in company law, contract law, real estate

law, planning and building, libel law, banking

law, notes law, estates and inheritance, pre-

vention orders, representation in appeals and
