Ronen Adini has 24 years of experience in
law, especially in commercial and securities
litigation, banking, class actions and derivative
claims. He has extensive experience in public
offerings by public companies (IPO), and com-
plex deals. He has published numerous articles
regarding securities and companies law, and
is a sought after commentator by the financial
media.
Ronen Adini acts as a reserves military judge
and is a member of the Israel Bar’s national dis-
ciplinary court.
He acts as an arbitrator in business disputes as
part of the Israel Institute of Arbitrators and by
appointment of the Israel Bar.
He represents clients in class action suits and
derivative claims and in cases involving share-
holders’ rights in traded companies and claims
regarding portfolio management, securities and
banking.
Ronen Adini also represents those accused of
securities offenses.
He provides opinions in securities and compa-
nies law.
Adv. Adini has an LL.B. (Hebrew University) and
MA (cum laude) (Hebrew University) in Interna-
tional Relations and in 2004 published “Securi-
ties Law” regarded as the most comprehensive
book on the subject and often quoted in securi-
ties law rulings by Israeli courts, including the
Supreme Court.
He has published numerous articles on securi-
ties and companies law in periodicals and the
financial media. Among others he published,
in 2012, an article in the “Hapraklit” periodical
regarding class actions.
Ronen Adini also serves as an academic lectur-
er in securities law. He is a permanent external
lecturer in the College of management’s Faculty
of Law and lectured in law at Netanya Academic
College’s Faculty of Law and Shaarei Hamishpat
College.
Adv. Adini is also a lecturer in advanced training
courses on class actions and securities law for
the CPA Institute and lectures at the Academic
Center for Advanced Training on securities and
companies law and class actions Israel Bar’s In-
stitute for Advanced Training.
In addition, he lectures to companies’ directors
and in advanced training for the Israel Bar Tel
Aviv District and other forums.
