Professional Staff
Established in 1993, Amit, Halfon is a fast growing
firmheadquartered in the Ramat Gan/Tel Aviv Dia-
mond Exchange Business District. The firmemploys
about 35 professionals, and administrative sup-
port staff. Amit, Halfon is led by its founders and
partners Gal Amit and HaimHalfon, both areM.B.A.
graduates from the HebrewUniversity of Jerusalem.
Additional partners are Mr. Robert Kordonsky, an
M.B.A. graduate from Tel Aviv University, Mr. Nati
Vered, a B.A. graduate in Accounting and Busi-
ness from the College of Management, and Mr.
Lior Shmuel, a B.A. graduate in Accounting and
Business from the College of Management. All the
additional partners have worked for long periods
of time in the firm until they became partners. Gal
Amit worked for some years in the Accounting and
Reporting Department of the Israeli Securities Au-
thority in a senior position and has extensive ex-
perience and unique insights into Israel’s capital
market and public offerings. Haim Halfon worked
for some years in leading accounting firms, and
later on served as the financial controller of for one
of the largest real estate companies in Israel. Haim
Halfon is a member of the professional council of
the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Accompaniment and Coordination of Raising Capi-
tal and Debt, Merger and Acquisition Transactions-
The Firm’s staff accompanies and leads merger
and acquisition transactions and raising capital
and debt for clients who are not audit clients. The
service includes, inter alia, consulting and choos-
ing a team to handle the transaction, including
lawyers, underwriters, evaluators, investment
banks, rating companies, auditors and others. The
Firm consults in the preparation of the relevant
documents (prospectuses, loan documents, etc.),
participates in internal discussions, including dis-
cussions with the authorities (Securities Authority,
Stock Ex-change, etc.), assistance in formulating
the structure of the transaction and its cost. The
Firm has vast experience in these fields, including
involvement in transactions of very large amounts
(over 1billion euro).
Due Diligence - The Firm carries out due diligences
for companies prior to investments, acquisitions,
issues to the public, prospectuses and more. The
Firm has considerable experience in planning and
carrying out due diligences of companies and busi-
nesses in a range of fields.
Risks Management - The department provides
services in several areas: Assistance in the imple-
mentation and testing of ISOX/SOX404, Fraud
risks assessments, Segregation of duties (SOD),
Process improvement and Control transformation,
Readiness for Generally Acceptable Government
Audit Standards (GAGAS) and compliance tests in
institution receiving federal grants or grants from
the European Union (FP8), Designing and test-
ing internal controls when changing IT systems
(including User Acceptance Tests), etc. The team
