Colmobil Financial Solutions, part of the
Colmobil Group – Israel’s number one
vehicle importer (imports and markets
Mercedes, Mitsubishi and Hyundai), provides
financing and leasing solutions to private in-
dividuals and commercial companies that are
specially adapted for purchasing vehicles. Col-
mobil Financial Solutions is today Israel’s lead-
ing financial services company for vehicles with
about 28,000 privately and business-financed
vehicles and a NIS 2.0 billion credit portfolio.
The company has a range of financing plans:
finance leasing, operate leasing, loans, person-
ally adapted and in an arsenal of instruments
for the sales staff that can tailor the right vehicle
to the right customer according to their budget
and bridge cash flow gaps. Colmobil Financial
Solutions focuses on diagnosing the customer’s
needs and financial capability by enquiring and
allowing the customer maximum accuracy in
fitting an affordable vehicle through fairness
and transparency and using online computer
systems for immediate answers.
Colmobil Financial Solutions also provides
operational leasing solutions for employee ve-
hicles for businesses. The company has about
100 employees and finances about 11,500 ve-
hicles annually.
History
Colmobil Financial Solutions continues the
business operations of Debis Israel, formerly of
the Daimler Group. The company began operat-
ing in Israel in 2000 as a joint venture between
Colmobil Group and Daimler Group and was
fully acquired in 2011 by Colmobil and is today
managed as a private independent company by
Colmobil Group.
Vision and Philosophy
Colmobil Financial Solutions’ perspective is
based on the need to make vehicles affordable
for the appropriate customer through under-
standing the importance of peace of mind in
the customer’s vehicle owning experience. The
company offers an overall package of financing
services including financing, insurance, main-
tenance and trade-ins.
The company’s customers show loyalty and
after the financing period, usually three years,
continue to buy a new car with a new financing
plan. Alternatively the company’s customers
can take a bank loan although banks do not al-
ways offer tailored solutions for the customer’s
needs and of course not at the vehicle’s point-
of-sale, and in addition, a large proportion of
customers want to split their credit portfolio
and not leave it all in the hands of the bank.
Colmobil’s service approach is designed to
make things easier for the customer as far as
possible in vehicle financing terms.
A Variety of Solutions
Colmobil Financial Solutions specializes in
a particularly broad spectrum of purchasing
tracks, finance leasing tracks, operational
leasing tracks and personally adapted solu-
tions. From a simple loan to a full operate
leasing deal, from an individual car to a fleet of
vehicles for all types of customers and all types
of private and work vehicles. The company oper-
ates as a kind of bank that provides credit on
the basis of the customer’s ability to repay and
risk analysis. Colmobil Financial Solutions is
proud of the negligible number of customers
that cannot meet the monthly repayments they
assumed and presents an especially low rate
of credit loss – non-payment.

1. Operate Lease Department for employee ve-
hicles – for various companies in the market
such as: NCR Global , Sano, D&B, DHL, Zap
Grouop and more.
2. Financing Solutions Department for private
vehicles including finance leasing for Hyundai
and Mitsubishi in the showrooms.
3. Luxury Vehicles Department – Deals for pri-
vate customers mainly for Mercedes.
4. Commerical and Transport Vehicles Depart-
ment – commercial work vehicles: trucks,
buses, vans and taxis. The company’s custom-
ers are transport companies, public transport
companies, concrete producers, distribution
companies and more.
5. Operate Lease Department for work vehicles
such as vans and trucks.
