Kamchi Lighting started out about 75 years
ago as a small workshop in southern Tel
Aviv, designing, manufacturing and mar-
keting meticulously hand crafted lighting fixtures.
The company’ is one of the leading lighting com-
panies in Israel, catering to the largest companies
and institutions in Israel. Its reputation spread by
word of mouth and it quickly became amajor play-

tion of. The company was founded by Avraham
Kamchi and is now managed by the second gen-
eration. The third generation is currently joining
the business.

worldwide including Artemide, Panzeri, Terzani,
Delta Light, Neko, Exenia, Vibia, Vesoi, Lightnet
and Zumtobel.
The projects in which Kamchi Lighting was in-
volved are among the most significant in Israel
such as Google Israel offices, Airport City, the
new Migdal building in Petah Tikva, Cinema City
and Mercedes showrooms. Among the com-
pany’s customers are hotels, such as the Isro-
tel Chain, the Fattal Chain, the Orchidea Chain,
Herodes Herzlyia Hotel lobby and many boutique
hotels such as Leonardo Hotel. Other custom-
ers are malls such as Ir Yamim Mall in Netanya,
Ikea Mall in Kiryat Ata, Azrieli Mall in Ramla and
the new second floor recently opened in Azrieli
Ayalon Mall, as well as leading chains such as
Shilav Chain, Hamashbir Chain and Shufersal
Chain.
Contribution to the community
Kamchi Lighting pays special attention to its con-
tribution to the community, assisting in its area of
expertise and donating many lighting fixtures to
homes for youth in distress, women’s domestic
violence shelters, lone soldiers, kindergartens,
orphanages and homes for needy adults in many
cities in Israel.
