The Company’s Divisions
The Cleaning Division
Royal Group Israel provides professional clean-
ing services including daily cleaning and special
projects. The Cleaning Division has a Division VP,
District Managers and Regional Managers respon-
sible for the division’s functioning and conduct to
its customers. The Cleaning Division employs ex-
perienced cleaning workers and conducts special
training sessions to teach them innovative cleaning
methods. The company operates supervision and
control systems at the customer’s site and utilizes
professional machinery and equipment designed
for every cleaning task. The cleaning materials are
supplied by Hogla, which operates a logistics net-
work, supplying cleaningmaterials directly to sites
with a van, serving only the company. The cleaning
materials are the best on the market, and are all
manufactured with ISO certifications.
The Cleaning Division’s customers include hotels,
leading car showrooms, shopping malls through-
out Israel, mobile phone companies, wholesale
complexes and marketing chains throughout the
country, open shopping areas, central bus stations,
kibbutzim, municipalities and local councils, phar-
macy store chains, schools and more.
The Security Division
The Security Division has a Division VP, District
Managers and Regional Managers, responsible
for the division’s functioning and conduct to its
customers. The Division provides security services
of various levels adapted to the customer’s require-
ments in the field. The Division’s security staff is
experienced Israel Police veterans who have been
carefully vetted and selected to provide the best
quality and skilled manpower.
These security officers undergo special refresher
training and coaching when first hired and through-
out their employment.
Royal Group Israel’s security officers receive due

Royal Group operates five weapons rooms through-
out Israel in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Kiryat

proval for weapons rooms. The Division provides

tions, museums, heritage sites and more.
The Manpower Division
The Human Resources Division has a Division VP,
District Managers and Regional Managers, respon-
sible for the division’s functioning and conduct to
its customers. Royal Group Israel’sManpower Divi-
sion operates with a manpower, employment and
placement license and provides professional man-
power services for various aims for long-term and
fixed-term periods. The Division operates through
a manpower coordinator responsible for assign-
ments to locating, hiring and staffing employees
in various areas.
The company providesmanpower services in areas
that include forklift operators, stewards, till work-
ers, electricity and maintenance workers, who are
integrated into various factories andmanufacturing
companies, and warehouses.
