About the Firm
The firm was founded in 1950 and since has
involved in some of the complex and outstand-
ing deals in the Israeli economy. The firm has
gained extensive experience in varied fields
during 6 decades, rendering services in the
areas of commercial, civil and public laws.
The legal achievements over the years are in-
tertwined with the progress of the Israeli legal
world. The firm is dedicated to integrity, pro-
fessionalism, creativity, thoroughness and un-
compromising loyalty to their clients and their
cases handling. The firm is characterized by
a personal treatment, vast experience and in-
depth understanding of various law areas with
devoted attorneys.
The firm provides services to a large number of
leading private and business clients in Israel
and abroad, including commercial companies,
real estate companies, investment entities and
a variety of associations. The firm is leading in
services for the Jewish religious and orthodox
populations in Israel and abroad, having a deep
understanding of the Hebrew & Jewish Laws.
The firm’s staff is based on attorneys who were

Areas of Practice
The firm combines litigation services of the
highest level with current legal services, thus
the clients enjoy an array of real estate and com-
mercial services, including contracts and corpo-
rations, class action suits and securities, acting
as a one stop shop. The office is also engaged
in administrative law, including appeals to the
Supreme Court of Justice and administrative
law courts, usually in issues regarding both real
estate and administrative areas.
Among the firm’s areas of practice are, among
others, accompaniment of large projects in
the various construction fields, planning and
building, construction contracts and banking
accompaniment, urban renewal (all aspects of
Evacuation and Building, National Outline Plan
38), combination deals and other real estate
transactions. The firm also deals in economic
and commercial complex civil litigation, includ-
ing complex arbitrations and large commercial
lawsuits. The firm renders professional service
in many aspects of corporate law (LLCs, CICs,
partnerships and associations), from estab-
lishment and up to insolvency and winding up
laws.
The firm also counsels public and statutory enti-
ties on civil law as well as to local authorities’
economic companies. The firm has recently in-
creased its activity in class action suits.
Pro-Bono
The firm attributes importance to pro-bono ac-
tivities and accompanies many organizations,
associations and entities, free of charge or for
a nominal consideration.
Legal Precedents
During its 65 years of extensive activity, the firm
participated in the creation of essential and
unique precedents in the various legal areas
(administrative law, arbitration law, property
law, real estate taxation law and more). These
include, among others precedents in complex
and innovative issues, which have also eco-
nomic significance of over NIS 1 billion (such
as the Disengagement from Gaza and its deriva-
tives) as well as many economic precedents
regarding winding up and insolvency laws,
that were often defined as unprecedentedly
achievements in winding up law in Israel. In
addition, a key verdict in administrative law,
resulting in the cancellation of explicit clauses
of the law and other precedential verdicts are
noteworthy.
Adv. Itzchak Miron
The head of the firm, Adv. Miron, specializes in
civil and commercial litigation and is an expert
in complex real estate deals. Adv. Miron acts as
legal advisor for many subjects related to plan-
ning and construction, including advice to the
authorities for zoning, to local authorities’ eco-
nomic companies and to statutory entities. He
was a member of Gabbay Committee, at which
property tax was cancelled. He is an advisor
in many real estate, tourism, apartments and
hotels projects in Haifa, Herzlyia, Netanya and
Tel Aviv and is involved in real estate better-
ment and Evacuation and Building projects.
Adv. Miron personally handles litigation cases
at the highest financial scopes in Israel in recent
years, as well as many legal precedents includ-
ing, arbitrations, liquidations, trusts, etc. Adv.
Miron is active in various public functions and
served, among others, as Judge in the Israel
Bar Association’s National Disciplinary Court.
In the framework of the firm’s pro-bono activ-
ity, Adv. Miron also provides legal advice in the
legislation area on the core issues of the State
of Israel, and more. He also participated in sev-
eral governmental coalition negotiations. Adv.
Miron is an arbitrator and mediator in the firm’s
areas of practice, specializing, among others,
in disputes settling.
